00:49at a festival in the western German city of Zollingen.
00:53Ukrainian media citing police sources said the weapon used was believed to be a knife.

01:06Police said the attacker was on the run and that so far they have very little information
01:10about the man.
01:11They also said they believe the stabbings were carried out by a lone attacker.

02:09Many of Ukraine's international allies oppose the country using donated weapons for anything
02:13but defensive purposes.
02:15However, Ukraine has argued that its Kursk incursion is essentially defensive and aimed
02:21at creating a buffer zone to minimize attacks on Ukrainian soil.
02:25Meanwhile, the United States has imposed a fresh round of sanctions on more than 400
02:30entities and individuals for supporting Russia's war effort.
02:34That includes sanctions on Chinese companies that American officials believe are helping
02:38Moscow skirt Western sanctions and build up its military.

04:23He acknowledged his decision to endorse Trump had caused tension within his immediate family.
04:30Campaigning in Las Vegas, Donald Trump said it was a great honour to receive Kennedy's
04:34endorsement.
04:38He called him a great guy and said he was respected by everybody.
04:42The U.S. presidential election takes place on November 5.
