01:33given by the National Electoral Council nor the ratification of the Supreme Court of Justice.
01:43The Attorney General of Venezuela, Tarek Williams, urged countries not to violate international law
01:49and not to meddle in the decision of the Venezuelan institutions.
01:55Venezuela must be respected, those who have issued opinions about foreign
01:59countries regarding the decisions of Venezuelan democratic institutions
02:03are violating international law.
02:09Consequently they obviously create an important precedent contrary to democracies worldwide
02:14where Venezuela has been an example of non-intervention and respect for
02:17the self-determination of the peoples.
02:48The document denounced that the 11 governments intend to continue violating international law
03:03by committing an unacceptable act of interference in matters that only concern Venezuelans.
03:08In another part of the text, they stress Venezuela demands absolute respect for its
03:14sovereignty and independence won after intense struggle against the most hostile empires
03:19which intends to get in their hands on natural resources and do not belong to them.
03:23The communique also sentenced that these governments with their position endorsed
03:29and become accomplices of the criminal violence that attacked health centers, schools,
03:36universities and lines of transportation and national symbols and the left-wing
03:40movement of people murdered and wounded with the use of transnational criminal
03:45guns hired for that purpose.
03:53The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rejects in the strongest terms the rude and insolent
03:58communiques of the governments of Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador,
04:03United States, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Uruguay
04:10who emulating the infamous failed and defeated Lima Group pretend to continue violating international law,
04:18committing an unacceptable act of interference in the national security of the people.
04:23The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rejects in the strongest terms the rude and insolent
04:28communiques of the governments of Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay,
04:34Dominican Republic and Uruguay who emulating the infamous failed and defeated Lima Group
04:39pretend to continue violating international law, committing an unacceptable act of interference
04:44in matters that only concern Venezuelans.
04:50As in Venezuela, massive mobilization takes place in the country's capital Caracas to
04:55such as the guarantee of political rights and peace, the prevention of hatred and the
04:59protection of society.
05:01This march is in support of this law tool and is organized by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.
05:12The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador,
05:14reiterated that in the face of the electoral issue in Venezuela,
05:18he will add in concordance with the indications of the Mexican constitution.
05:26Then, let's wait for the results.
05:29Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
05:32I know that there is a wave of disqualifications and condemnations of the Venezuelan government,
05:48but we have to act, I repeat, in accordance with our constitution.
05:59The Mexican head of state said that he will wait for the results of the presidential
06:03elections in Venezuela to be published before making a decision.
06:07Yesterday, the Venezuelan Electoral Tribunal stated that President Maduro won the election.
06:29And at the same time, recommended the release of the results.
06:52I believe there is a date in the resolution, so let's wait.
07:22Welcome back to From the South.
07:32During his visit to Cuba, the Nigerian Nobel Prize winner,
07:36the world's leader, Sonny Ngan, talked with Tellosur and stressed the following.
07:42Politics, politics are unpredictable.
07:45But for me, art is eternal.
07:48The variety occupies the mind.
07:54The intensity of that occupation is one which presents a constant challenge,
08:03but at the same time, as I said, provides solace.
08:08Art is a sanctuary, not just individual alone, but collective.
08:15As you can see when you visit galleries, when you go to theater, when you go to a music
08:21hall, a concert hall, you see that it's both individual and collective.
08:27That's why I think that despite all the pains, all the frustrations, sometimes even failures,
08:36to be engaged in that occupation for me is one of the greatest gifts to mankind.
08:42In the context of the international conference, new narratives, memories, resistance and
08:48reivindication, also between the Cuban Ministry of Culture and UNESCO,
08:52the Nigerian authored a state.
08:54Well, first of all, I hope for Cubans its memory.
08:59Cuba has had some glorious moments of heroism, of dignity, refusing to knuckle under
09:11powerful but selfish, self-centered neighbors like the United States, for instance,
09:20before the revolution.
09:22So Cuba is something for us, even on the African continent, to point out as possibilities.
09:31Despite all the difficulties, despite the inhuman privations, and I'm talking about
09:38sanctions, despite all of that, Cubans have kept their dignity.
09:44So it's one of the reasons why we cannot let Cuba go from Africa, because it represents
09:50certain values which are important to us also as human beings.
10:07Hours of terror were lived on Friday in the martyrs of the Al-Aqsa hospital in the Gaza
10:18Strip, when Israeli tanks raided the area.
10:20Our correspondent, Huda Hegazi, with the details.
10:25Yesterday, we lived one of the most terrifying nights here, inside the martyrs of Al-Aqsa
10:30hospital, in a governorate of Deir al-Bala, in the center of the Gaza Strip.
10:37At approximately three o'clock in the morning eyewitnesses informed us that the military
10:45mechanisms had begun to move in and were right at the entrance of this governorate, which
10:50is literally one kilometer away from the hospital.
10:58Immediately after this warning we started to hear how the tanks were approaching and
11:03even how the artillery shells started to be launched by these tanks of the Israeli
11:07occupation army.
11:08Right away the situation was turned upside down.
11:18Not only in this hospital, but in almost all the area.
11:21The sick, the patients that were inside this hospital were getting ready to leave the buildings
11:25in a disconsolate way without knowing where to go.
11:33Even we, the media, did not know where to go.
11:40We did not even know what we should do, whether to stay inside this hospital or on the other
11:44hand leave, because our lives were also in grave danger.
11:54And after two hours of continuous fear, hearing continuously the artillery shells fired by
12:00the tanks and how the tanks proceeded to advance until they were very close to us.
12:12After these two terrifying hours there was a partial withdrawal of the Israeli mechanisms
12:16that are now being positioned in an area called the mills,
12:25which is located approximately two kilometers from this hospital.
12:30Therefore we can say that this hospital is no longer a safe area.
12:40Even the Gazans, the evacuees, do not feel that this hospital is a safe area because
12:45they fear that at any time the Israeli army can raid this hospital and the scenario that
12:50the Gazans saw in the Al-Shifa hospital.
13:00In the Kamal Adwan hospital and even in the Nasser hospital,
13:03in the governorate of Conjunis could be repeated in this hospital.
13:15At this moment we are prepared for any scenario and literally the Gazans fear that the occupation
13:21army will enter this hospital and we could say that in that case the only remaining active
13:25hospital in the center of the Gaza Strip would be out of service.
13:29And this would collapse the health system in this coastal enclave.
14:00Welcome back.

16:52monkeypox.

16:59The nation's Ministry of Health is promoting a response to the virus, which includes rising
17:05public awareness, preventions, and follow-up of patients in order to break the chain of
