Tinutulungan daw ng mga sindikatong sangkot sa Pogo si Dating Bamban Mayor Alice Guo para makapagtago, ayon sa Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission. Ang kapatid naman niyang si Shiela, kumpirmadong isang Chinese national, kasunod ng fingerprint analysis ng NBI!

00:11Her brother, Sheila, is confirmed to be a Chinese national, according to the fingerprint analysis of the NBI.

00:20Dismissed BANBAN Tarlac Mayor Alice Goh is still in Indonesia, according to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.

00:33Alice, Sheila, and Wesley are helping in the transfer of their brothers, the syndicates behind Pogo.

00:40Among them is Zhang Ji, a Singaporean, and ex-Chinese policeman, Duarin Wu, of Porak Pogo,

00:46who was initiated by the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order because of human trafficking,

00:51as well as Goh's business partners in Pogo and BANBAN, Zhang Rujin and Lin Bao Ying,

00:57who are involved in qualified human trafficking and money laundering in Singapore.

01:01This is a transnational criminal organization with tentacles extending all the way to Cambodia.

01:07What the PAO is trying to avoid is that Alice Goh will not be able to cross to Cambodia.

01:13Because if she was able to pass through Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and again.

01:18For now, Alice's Philippine passport is not yet valid, but the DFA in the DOJ is already monitoring for this.

01:25Goh's lawyer, Atty. Stephen David, continues to convince Goh that she has already crossed.

01:32I have a negotiation for her to face the court, to surrender.

01:38And I believe in a very near future, very sooner than we expect, she will arrive and face the court.

01:58They were charged with obstruction of justice, harboring a fugitive, and violation of the Passport Act,

02:04facing the deportation case of Sheila, who has a Chinese passport.

02:09Sheila Goh was charged with deportation case for undesirability and for misrepresentation.

02:17Zhang Mier is the name on the Chinese passport held by Sheila,

02:21and her birthday is different in the Philippine and Chinese passports.

02:25The FBI followed Sheila's fingerprint and the fingerprint on the Chinese passport.

02:29Comparative fingerprint analysis shows that the Chinese, Zhang Mier, and Sheila L. Goh are one and the same person.

02:39Sheila L. Goh, who is with us now, is a Chinese.

02:44When we tried to get the statement of Sheila and Cassandra Leong, they suddenly ran away.

02:50Sheila, you're a Chinese? Sheila, you're a Chinese? You're a Filipino? Sheila?

02:57The NBI insisted that even though the two cases are available,

03:01they cannot be dismissed just because of the false statements made by the camera and the Senate.
