00:21These women are crying as if they are in a group of men holding batons.

00:30At one point, this woman slapped one of their farmers.

00:36You can also see in the video that there were stones falling on the men.

00:40The chaos happened between the farmers,

00:44along with the agrarian reform beneficiaries,

00:46and the people of a private security group in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

00:52The farmers fought for the land that was taken by a businessman.

00:57In 2002, the businessman asked them to rent the land

01:02within a year after they received the Certificate of Land Ownership from the Department of Agrarian Reform.

01:09In September 2024, they sent a demand letter to the businessman.

01:28Their return to the land was in the hands of the guards.

01:50The farmers said that the police did nothing in the midst of the chaos.

01:54But the security agency and the police refused.

01:58The farmers said that they will not give the land to anyone

02:02even if they are given maximum tolerance.

02:05You can see in the video that they are not giving the land to anyone.

02:12When it comes to the issue, they are fighting with the police.

02:15They are not bullying anyone.

02:21Allegedly, they were harassed.
