Baptismal Certificate ang ginamit ng magkapatid para sa kanilang late registration of birth sa Caloocan. Magsasagawa naman ng preliminary investigation ang COMELEC kaugnay ng pagsisinungaling umano ng alkalde sa kaniyang Certificate of Candidacy. Narito ang report.

00:00The baptismal certificate of the two brothers of suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo was stolen.

00:06The brothers used the baptismal certificate for their late registration of birth in Caloocan.

00:12The preliminary investigation of COMELEC will also investigate the fraud of the mayor in his Certificate of Candidacy.

00:23It was not only the passport that was stolen by Wesley Guo, the brother of suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

00:33According to Senator Wyn Gatchalian, Wesley also stole their baptismal certificate from their other brother, Semin.

00:41We went to that parish to ask for details and they issued a negative certification

00:51that there is no such baptismal record in their parish.

00:56So in other words, this baptismal certificate that was given in Caloocan is spurious, fake.

01:03Before this, it was announced to the Senate that Wesley's fingerprint matched the fingerprint of a Chinese national, Guo Xiangdian.

01:12It is also recorded that the fingerprint of the mayor and the Chinese national, Guo Huaping, are the same.

01:19This fingerprint was used by COMELEC to verify Guo's records when he registered as a voter and filed his Certificate of Candidacy.

01:29Adopted unanimously by COMELEC and Bank, the recommendation of their legal department is to file a complaint against Guo.

01:37The preliminary investigation is being conducted.

01:42You show that you are qualified, you have eligibility but you don't.

01:48That is a case of misrepresentation in my omnibus election.

01:52In case of a probable cause, COMELEC will file a complaint to the court.

01:57The lawyer of Guo called first that the misrepresentation case against the mayor is premature.

02:04Guo is also facing a complaint of qualified human trafficking in the DOJ.

02:09The deadline for Guo to file a counter-affidavit to the DOJ has already elapsed.

02:15It was decided not to give them another extension.

02:17The prosecutor will resolve the case on the basis only of the complaint.

02:24Because of the involvement of the former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque,

02:29in Lucky South 99 Pogo in Porac, Pampanga, he initiated the immigration lookout bulletin order of the DOJ.

02:38Roque called it a harassment.

02:40He has no reason to go abroad and he will face allegations.

02:44Dennis Cunanan, Cassandra Leong and other incorporators and officials of illegal Pogo are also included in the order.
