00:00Amno needs to churn out leaders who can restore voter confidence amid the political dynamics at play,
00:07according to party vice-president Johari Ghani.
00:11He said Amno President Ahmad Zayed Hamidi had highlighted in his policy speech
00:15that the party faces an uphill battle to regain absolute power.
00:20Johari said the outcome of the 15th general election has forced Amno to shift its approach
00:25and form alliances with other coalitions and parties,
00:28including long-time rival DAP.
00:31The Titiwangsa MP said producing leaders who can regain the trust of voters was important,
00:36but acknowledged that not everyone is keen to join Amno.
00:40Meanwhile, fellow vice-president Khaled Nordin said Amno must work hard at all levels

00:47Khaled also said the party hopes to contest more than the 30 parliamentary seats
