00:05who were imprisoned in Davao Penal and Prison Farm in 2016.

00:09He was arrested by the prisoners who were ordered to commit the murder

00:13after being recorded on camera.

00:22The two persons deprived of liberty,

00:25Leopoldo Tan Jr. and Fernando Magdadaro,

00:29were charged with the murder of three Chinese drug lords

00:33who were imprisoned in Davao Penal and Prison Farm in August 2016.

00:41They are Chu Quintong, a.k.a. Tony Lim,

00:44Li Lan Yan, a.k.a. Jackson Lee,

00:47and Wong Meng Ping, a.k.a. Wong Ming Ping.

00:51Former President Rodrigo Duterte was charged with the murder

00:54based on what he heard from the warden of the prison

00:57that Superintendent Gerardo Padilla had just finished his term.

01:01I heard what he said when he called Superintendent Padilla.

01:05Congrats, Superintendent Padilla. Job well done.

01:10But you did a great job.

01:13I know that Superintendent Padilla was talking to President Duterte

01:18because I am familiar with his voice.

01:21After the call, Superintendent Padilla told his colleagues

01:27that the President called to congratulate me.

01:32Because of what Superintendent Padilla said,

01:35I was more convinced that the one who called him was President Duterte.

03:25and their three Chinese targets

03:27using their intelligence.

03:28They said that they were trying to kill the three Chinese drag lords.

03:31They were paid 2 million pesos,

03:33less than 1 million pesos based on the conversation.

03:36They admitted to three counts of homicide

03:39so their sentence was added.

03:52we are still in prison.
