00:00After he assured the Senate that there is information that he left the country, Dismissed Banban Mayor Alice Goh,
00:08Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin in the DFA demanded the cancellation of Goh's passport,
00:14his siblings, Wesley and Sheila, and the body of Lucky South 99 Pogo in Porac, Cassandra Ong.
00:23The court cancels the passport of a fugitive under the New Philippine Passport Act.
00:29Goh has an arrest warrant in the Senate and is facing a criminal complaint due to qualified human trafficking.
00:36But the question now is, where is Goh really?
00:40His lawyer held his client's testimony that he is still in the Philippines.
00:46Goh also faced the notary public, Attorney Elmer Galicia, for his counter affidavit.
00:54Did you personally witness the notary public's counter affidavit of your client on August 18?
01:15Attorney Galicia explained earlier to the Department of Justice but refused to give his consent to the media.
01:21Prosecutors who helped him said that Galicia personally defended Goh when he notarized his counter affidavit.
01:30The notary public arranged a public hearing.
01:34On August 14, 2024, at around 7 o'clock p.m., when he arrived at the office,
01:42there was a land cruiser on board of Ms. Alice Goh.
01:48Ms. Alice Goh talked to him down at his office,
01:53and Ms. Alice Goh presented her driver's license to him.
02:00But if the Bureau of Immigration obtained the information,
02:05Goh is not in the Philippines at that time.
02:08Goh has no record of leaving the country,
02:11but the Malaysian Immigration has a record of Goh's arrival in Kuala Lumpur on July 18.
02:17He also has a record of his arrival in Singapore on July 21.
02:21On August 18, he also has a record of his arrival in Batam, Indonesia.
02:27The most recent is August 18, which is the other day.
02:31He moved, including her group, with Sheila Leal-Guo,
02:36Wesley Leal-Guo, and Cassandra Lee Ong, to Indonesia.
02:41The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission also obtained photos of Ms. Alice Goh,
02:47her siblings Sheila and Wesley,
02:50and Cassandra Ong when they passed through the immigration area in Singapore
02:55before arriving in Singapore.
02:57They passed through Indonesia and Malaysia based on the information they obtained.
03:02From the reports we received from our counterparts abroad,
03:07it is clear that Ms. Alice Goh has already left the country.
03:10Definitely, they will not get an airplane from the Philippines because they will be disembarked.
03:16What can happen is, they can hire a chartered plane from outside our country,
03:21and if something happens here, they will be the ones to back out.
03:25So, there is no record.
03:26Based on the intel of the immigration, Ms. Goh has a flight to return to the Philippines.
03:31Upon verification, no one boarded that aircraft to return to the Philippines.
03:37And it got us asking the question,
03:39why does she have a ticket from outside to enter the country
03:43when our record states that she is still in the country?
03:47Even though Goh used a possible backdoor or illegal route to get out of the country,
03:52the immigration is still investigating if they are the ones who broke in.
03:57The DOJ has also investigated the departure of Goh from the NBI and immigration.
04:03According to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya of the NBI,
04:06if this person is involved in the escape of Ms. Goh,
04:10they will come forward and tell the truth.
04:13If it is not personal, he will say that he will answer.
04:16He will also find out if Goh has a field paper and his lawyers for his escape from the country.
04:21I replied to what he said. He said that he is here in the Philippines.
04:28Although personally, I did not see him here.
04:31The PNP is now encouraging its foreign counterparts to investigate Goh.
04:36As for the NBI, they are careful in confirming if the dismissed mayor is the one who monitored the departure of Ms. Goh.
04:44They are also verifying the documents that came out from Malaysia,
04:48especially this close-up image of the person who entered their country.
04:53Malaysia is a very high-tech country.
04:56There cannot be no image.
04:58If you look at the counter, you can already see your face,
05:02your two fingerprints, two index fingers.
05:06So we are still checking the veracity of the report.
05:10They have a fingerprint that entered Malaysia and Indonesia.
05:15Give us the fingerprint and we will check if it is him.
05:19Kamilak is still investigating the possible case of misrepresentation against Goh.
05:25He is still waiting for the answer to the statement that was made against him last week.
05:30The Senate hearings on Pogo are also ongoing.
05:34One of the investigations is how Goh got out of the country.
05:38For GMA Integrated News, Sandra Aguinaldo is your witness.
06:08.
