00:07on his return to the Philippines.

00:09It's past eight o'clock in the evening that he will be leaving for Indonesia.

00:12Tomorrow, Alice Guo will be brought to the Senate

00:16where the first questions will be asked about his identity and connection to Pogo in Bamban, Tarlac.

00:30It's past eight o'clock in the evening that Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo is expected to arrive here in IAEA.

00:36He will be here in a private hangar.

00:38He will be accompanied by DIL Secretary Bernard Abalos and PNP Chief Romero Marbil.

00:48Arrest Warrant will be met here from Tarlac for a case of graft.

01:08At the PNP Custodial Center, Magdamag is expected to send Dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo

01:12on his return to the Philippines from Indonesia.

01:15Tomorrow, he will be brought to the Senate where he will receive an arrest order

01:18because he has repeatedly disobeyed the hearings.

01:22In the Senate, the questions about Guo's identity were first raised

01:26while he was suspected of his involvement in the Pogo raid in Bamban, Tarlac

01:30which is still taking place in Baufu Land where Alice Guo was an incorporator.

01:34But what Guo saw was that he sold his shares in Baufu.

01:38I am not connected. I am not an operator. I am not a protector or a cutler of Pogo.

01:46I have nothing to do with their operation or any actions inside and outside of Pogo.

01:53After the hearings, the questions about who Alice Guo really is were raised.

01:58When the NBI and COMELEC investigated Guo's fingerprint,

02:02they found that his fingerprint is the same as that of a Chinese citizen named Guo Huaping.

02:07I am a Filipino. I grew up knowing that I am a Filipino.

02:12According to the DOJ, the case of qualified human trafficking against Guo will be brought to court any day.

02:18He has a non-bailable case. We expect it to be decided very soon.

02:24The prosecution will bring it to court.

02:28Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Rimulya is not worried about the possibility that Guo will escape again

02:33because it's time for another case to be brought to court.

02:36At the same time, the hold departure order against the accused will be issued.

02:40According to the DOJ, they have not yet received an official request regarding the Australian fugitive Gregor Johan Haas.

02:46According to a news agency in Indonesia, Haas is asking for an exchange for Alice Guo.

02:52In May, Haas was arrested in Bogo, Cebu. He was connected to the Sinaloa drug cartel in Mexico.

02:59He is behind the entry of a large group of drugs in Indonesia.

03:03Haas is in a B.I. detention facility in Taguig.

03:07We cannot make any statements on that because the talks have only just started this morning

03:14and I think it's only about to start. So I don't have any information to disclose.

03:20So far, we don't have any information like that.

03:22We don't have contact with anybody about the prisoner swap.

03:26We heard about it through Indonesian media actually.

03:30The prisoner swap is the work of the DFA.

03:32If there is a request from the Indonesian government, the DFA will go through it.
