21:19test accredited institution ang gusto nalang yung malapit sa kanila o convenient sa kanila.
21:23So nandiyan siya handa-handa ng tumulong. May livelihood din na binibigay, pangkabuhayan. Ang DMW, ang OWA, ang DSWD at iba-ibang ahensya pa ng gobyerno. That's our CTI and DA patungkol dito.

22:08Ang pinakauna dito yung pinatawag na pagsulog ng karapatan. Karapatan pang tao, karapatan pang empleo, basic human and employment rights ng ating OFWs, patuloy na regulation ng ating mga kaparaanan to make sure everybody goes through the legal means through the DMW.
22:28And through our action fund, meron din pinansyal, tulong pinansyal, humanitarian at medikal. Marami na rin tayong natulungan sa kailangan bayaran ng hospital bills. May mga bata rin, mga anak ng OFWs na nasastranded sa abroad.
22:58Kaya tinutulungan din natin makauwi yung mga bata. Now the other side is bilateral international cooperation. Pinatas natin, initusan tayo ng ating mahal na Pangulo ng Tay Pute na palaliming pa ang ugnayang labor relations, pagpapalaliming ng proteksyon ng mga OFWs sa pamamagitan ng pag-ipag-usap sa host countries.
23:21And lastly, reintegration at digitalization ng ating mga programa para mas mabilis at konpinyente para sa mga OFWs ang pag-process ng kanilang dokumento at sa kanilang pag-uwi. Sa reintegration ay mabibigyan sila ng sapat na empleo, training at livelihood.
