00:36Suspects in the crime are his brother and his co-worker.
00:39This is James Agustin's report.
00:4438 stab wounds were inflicted on various parts of the body of the 25-year-old man in Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
00:52The victim was taken to the hospital.
00:53Before he was brought back to life, he introduced the two co-workers behind the crime to the police.
00:59In the hot pursuit operation of Batasan Police, the 47-year-old man was arrested.
01:05The blood on his feet, teeth and arms is still fresh.
01:09His 40-year-old brother was taken to the CCTV camera that was walking on foot away from the scene.
01:17According to the police, the crime took place in the barracks where the victim and the suspect were staying.
01:23According to the witness, the two suspects were on the second floor.
01:29Suddenly, the two brothers came down.
01:33On the first floor, he heard the victim screaming for help because he was stabbed.
01:42He immediately came down and saw the two suspects who stabbed the victim.
01:51The witness found two knives used by the suspects.
01:55According to the police, it is possible that there is a connection to the work of the crime.
01:59It could be work-related because the victim is a welder and the two suspects are helpers in a construction site.
02:10Whenever the two suspects drink, the victim does not get drunk.
02:17The suspect is in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the QCPD in Kamkaringal.
02:24He is very sorry for what happened.
02:40The police is continuously looking for the other suspect.

04:30Bukhawi is just one of the possible dangers of a severe thunderstorm, according to the forecast.
04:37Today, there is a chance of that happening again in a large part of the country,
04:40including Pampanga and Metro Manila.
04:44Heavy to intense rains are also possible due to landslides.
04:48Easterlies will pour rain in the Eastern Visayas, Karaga and Davao region.
04:54There is no longer a low-pressure area under the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
05:02A couple in Marikina was injured twice.
05:05Their house was burned down.
05:07Their parents were also burned.
05:08Beya Pinla reports.
05:13Armando and his siblings could no longer bear to see their mother and father's body
05:18being taken out of their burned house.
05:22It was very heavy.
05:24Until now, it still hurts.
05:27I ask God to forgive what happened to my parents.
05:31Armando only went out of the house for a while to buy food.
05:35And when he came back, their house was engulfed in flames.
05:40I couldn't go inside to save my parents because the flames were in front of me.
05:47It was past 12 o'clock in the early morning when a fire broke out in the residential area
05:52in Ciampaca II, Barangay Fortun, Marikina City.
05:55According to the initials of the barangay, 18 houses or 24 families were affected by the fire.

06:07They could no longer save anything.
06:09But she was very thankful that her two children and four grandchildren were saved.
06:15I let my grandchildren and children go out.
06:18I told them, even if you don't have anything to eat, you can still go out.
06:21It took more than an hour for the firefighters to reduce the fire
06:26and reach the second alarm.
06:28No less than eight firetrucks were required to respond.
06:32For now, in Ciampaca II, a multi-purpose hall is the only place where some families were left burned.
06:37Bea Pinlacht, reporting for GMA Integrated News.
06:41Face-to-face classes are suspended in some places in Calabarzon this Wednesday

07:23For now, the Taal Volcano remains in Alert Level 1.
07:43It's time for the hot news of GMA Regional TV from Luzon.
07:48We will be joined by Chris Doniga. Chris?
07:54Thank you, Connie.
07:56A car fell on the side of the road in Catanduanes.
07:59In Tuiba, Tangas, a man was injured after his colleague's cousin shot him.
08:05This is the hot news brought to you by Claire Lacanilau-Dunca of GMA Regional TV.
08:12A man was injured in Tuiba, Tangas, after his colleague's cousin shot him.
08:20In an investigation by the police, the victim was just resting in his house
08:26when he heard a loud noise coming from his roof.
08:29It sounded like someone was throwing something.
08:31The victim immediately went out of the house and saw the suspect.
08:34That's when the violence against the victim started.
08:38We were able to recover an empty shell of .45 caliber outside the victim's house.
08:45The wife of the victim separated from her husband before.
08:50As cousins, that's what they fought for.
08:53They even had an incident where they fought, but no one was injured during that incident.
08:59The suspect was also arrested and was investigated for the complaint of frustrated murder.
09:05The police were unable to recover the gun used in the incident.
09:09GMA Regional TV is still trying to get the statement of the suspect and the victim who was resting at home.
09:17A man was killed after his cousin shot him in Dagupan City.
09:23In an investigation by the police, the victim responded to the suspect's house.
09:26He started with the word of the incident that he went home to shoot.
09:30The bullet hit the victim's chest with a .38 caliber bullet.
09:34He was brought to the hospital, but he was also brought back to life.
09:37At that time, Marville was already drunk.
09:42They were able to take the stone from the house that happened before.
09:49They argued until one of them was shot.
09:57The cousins admitted that the victim was drunk when the incident happened.
10:02We were surprised that he did that to us.
10:07He's my nephew. He's my son.
10:10When he's drunk, he's just handsome.
10:14Why did he do that? He shot him right away.
10:18I just want to give justice to my cousin.
10:24I hope that the G.R. will be released so that my cousin will be happy.
10:31The suspect will file a criminal complaint that he ran away after the crime.
10:37A pickup truck fell into the river in Ocampo, Camarines Sur.
10:41In an investigation by Ocampo MPS, the driver of the pickup truck and one of its passengers went home to Iriga City.
10:48The driver was hit by a side-lip, so he didn't realize that he hit the other lane and fell to the ground.
10:55The driver was injured and he was immediately taken to the hospital.
11:00In Barras, Catanduanes, a car also fell on the side of the road.
11:06According to the report, the driver lost control of the vehicle when it reached the curvy part of the road.
11:12According to MDR-RMO, instead of braking, the driver stepped on the accelerator.
11:18The driver's wife was saved.
11:23A bus burned down in a garage in Daet, Camarines Norte.
11:27It took almost an hour for the authorities to declare a fire-out,
11:32along with one of the buses, the damaged unit of the bus, and the damaged tires.
11:37No one was injured in the incident, while it was claimed that the price of gasoline left by the incident was worth P15,000.
11:43As of now, the authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire.
11:48Claire Lacanilau-Dunca of GEMI Regional TV reporting for GEMI Integrated News.
11:54Vice President Sara Duterte and Senator Risa Ontiveros were enraged
11:59when the office of the Vice President asked the Senate for a budget.
12:04The Vice President also responded to the planned impeachment against her.
12:09Marisol Abdurrahman reported.
12:14Madam Chair, I don't understand the role of our resource person.
12:20I also don't understand the role of Senator Risa Ontiveros.
12:24In the midst of listening to the Senate's Cognizant 2025 proposed budget of the office of the Vice President,
12:30Vice President Sara Duterte and Senator Risa Ontiveros responded.
12:33This is an example of politicizing the budget hearing through the questions of a Senator.
12:53Madam Chair, I don't understand the role of our resource person.
13:18It is a simple question.
13:21Again, this is politicizing.
13:25The VP mentioned the word vote. I didn't say vote.
13:29Usually, our resource persons give institutional courtesy to the legislature that we give to the executive.
13:39I don't appreciate this kind of attitude.
13:41I also don't understand the role of Senator Risa Ontiveros.
13:44I do not appreciate this kind of behavior and attitude.
13:53Madam Chair, when Senator Risa Ontiveros ran as a Senator in 2016, how many times did she lose?
14:07Two times, Madam Chair.
14:09Okay, two times.
14:11She was afraid of her third loss.
14:14She went to Davao and asked for help.
14:18She was the first one to attack President Rodrigo Duterte.
14:23What do you call this kind of behavior?
14:26This is where the Finance Committee Chairperson Senator Grace Poe intervened.
14:29I understand there's history among all of us here.
14:34But I think that we should really stick to the budget.
14:36The Office of the Vice President is asking for a budget of P2.037 billion.
14:42According to Ms. Ontiveros, most of this will be allocated to socio-economic programs,
14:47such as medical, financial, and education assistance.
14:50That's why the Vice President was asked if the OVP will consider
14:54allocating funds to line agencies for OVP projects that also have other agencies.
14:59So that it will be in sync with the priorities of the Executive Department
15:04instead of having a separate but similar program.
15:08According to the Vice President, in her experience,
15:11if other agencies are affected, their budget will be politicized.
15:15If we are referred or endorsed by the DSWD,
15:24most of the time, we are told that we cannot do that
15:28because it came from the Office of the Vice President and it's an enemy.
15:32Sometimes, it's true that assistance for our countrymen is politicized.
15:41The OVP is asking for a budget passed by the committee.
15:44But before the hearing ends, the Vice President has something to say.
15:48We would like to thank all the honorable members of the Senate
15:51for doing your work here in the Senate of the Philippines.
15:56Except, I'm just kidding.
15:59Have a good afternoon.
16:01She's really a VP.
16:03Consistent, Madam Chair.
16:05After the hearing, the media caught the Vice President,
16:08particularly about the impishment complaint against her.
16:12They talked about it, even though they denied it,
16:15the members of the House of Representatives talked about it.
16:18It's openly discussed, the impeachment.
16:24What do they want to do?
16:26They want to make the Duterte family suffer in politics.
16:31And not only in politics, but also in personal.
16:34Because they included my husband, right?
16:36He's a private individual, but they included him in the harassment.
16:40She's not afraid to be impeached.
16:42She really doesn't have a plan to run as a Vice President
16:44if Senator Aimee and President Bongbong Marcos
16:48don't help her.
16:51They said, we won't win if you don't help us in Mindanao and Visayas.
16:59If they make me leave here, or impeach me,
17:04it's not up to me.
17:07And when asked if she blames President Marcos for helping her,
17:11Do I regret helping?
17:14Do you want to answer the question?
17:17Or do you know the answer?
17:20Marisol Abduraman, reporting for JMA Integrated News.
17:26New news, the Department of Social Welfare and Development
17:31will investigate the statement of Vice President Sara Duterte
17:34that the OVTs referring to the DSWD are in favor of politics.
17:38According to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian,
17:42they are helping those who are approaching the government,
17:45whether they have a referral or not.
17:4745 Filipinos have been evacuated from Lebanon
17:51amid tension and Israel's attack.
17:54According to Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo Kakdak,
17:57Filipinos are expected to arrive in the country by the weekend.
18:00He also hopes that many will be convinced to repatriate,
18:03especially the Department of Migrant Workers and Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration
18:08or UDA for those who will return home.
18:11According to the Embassy of the country in Lebanon,
18:13they received almost 800 applications
18:16since the increase of Alert Level 3 or Voluntary Repatriation in October.
18:20But almost half of them withdrew.
18:26At this point, we will talk to DMW Secretary Hans Leo Kakdak.
18:30Good morning, Secretary Kakdak.
18:32Good morning, sir.
18:34Good morning to all our listeners.
18:35Good morning.
18:37How is the situation of our countrymen in Lebanon?
18:39Why did many of them withdraw from the original application?
18:44As of now, they are being called to return home by Ambassador Balatbat in Beirut,
18:51our embassy.
18:53Voluntary Repatriation Mode Alert Level 3 as of now.
18:56As far as I know, Alert Level MECS is now being re-enacted.

20:56Our going forward agreement!
20:58What,erapeut?
21:00Ananda Dominguez.
21:01Hello Dudura,
That's our CTI and DA patungkol dito.
Karapatan pang tao, karapatan pang empleo, basic human and employment rights ng ating OFWs, patuloy na regulation ng ating mga kaparaanan to make sure everybody goes through the legal means through the DMW.
22:28And through our action fund, meron din pinansyal, tulong pinansyal, humanitarian at medikal.
Now the other side is bilateral international cooperation.
24:13Fit for a two-time Olympic gold medalist. Ang grand Kapuso welcome kay Carlos Yulo sa GMA Compound. Kasama ni Yulo si Gymnastics Association of the Philippines President Cynthia Carion.
24:28Sinanubong sila ng GMA executives sa pangungunan ni na President and Chief Executive Officer Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon Valdez, at Senior Vice President and Head of GMA Integrated News, Regional TV and Synergy, Oliver Victor B. Amoroso.
24:59To thank him for the inspiration and the strength he brings us all. The hope he brings to everybody.
25:06The whole company is so proud of what Kaloy Yulo achieved. So parang ang GMA, one of our core values is excellence and he excelled that. So we're so proud.
And yung medal po itself. Yung pinapangarap ko po since 12 years old po ako.
26:57Owen, arigatou gozaimashita. Honton ni. Koko kara, kokoro kara, kansha shite mas.
27:05Ano ibig sabihin nun?
27:07Maraming salamat po sa supporta and from the heart po.
27:46If we can, we can do it. I want him not to go alone, but to have a team of four other gymnasts. So we really, I'm trying to look now for a foreign coach.
So walang record.
33:20Sabi niya, heads will roll o may masisibak.
33:57Good morning.
33:58Sa ating mga tagapanood.
33:59Good morning po.
34:00Pinapanindigan po ng kampo ni Alice Guo na nandito siya sa Pilipinas.
34:03Hamon pa nga ni Atty. Stephen David sa Bureau of Immigration
34:06ay patunayan nilang nasa ibang bansa si Guo.
34:08Ano pong masasabi nyo rito?
35:12And of course, kumpirmado na rin nga po ito ng ating Bureau of Immigration.
35:17Yes, Rafi?
36:02wala doon yung kanyang imahe.
36:35Ano pong reaction nyo rito?
36:55pinirmahan ng Senate President on the request of this representation, ang chair ng Senate Committee on Women,
37:33So ano ba ang magiging direksyon na natin dito sa investigation with regard to POGO at the same time dito kay Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo
40:04Is it because sinasabi nila mahina ang warrant of arrest mula sa Senado as compared to a court order halimbawa or hold departure order?
42:13It wasn't about her.
42:26Thank you very much Ms. Mamantanlac Mayor Alice Bua and the Vice President Sara Duterte.
42:56This has been reported by GMA Regional TV.
