00:08In the midst of the hearing, Vice President Sara Duterte and Senator Risa Ontiveros answered.

00:53when it comes to other agencies, their budget is being politicized.

01:10because it came from the Office of the Vice President and that's their enemy.

01:14Sometimes, it's true that assistance is being politicized for our countrymen.

01:23But both were enraged when Ms. Ontiveros asked about the contents of the children's book

01:28written by the Vice President and that it will cost Php10 million to distribute to young students.

01:34Madam Chair, this is an example of politicizing the budget hearing through the questions of a senator.

01:52And those children have parents who will vote.

01:56And my name is spread wherever the book will be distributed.
