00:17Just recently, Vice President Duterte held a phone-lock interview after she formally turned over her leadership in the DepEd.
00:28The reasons for her withdrawal as a member of the Cabinet, she said, are not yet clear.
00:34The list of reasons is really long.
00:37There are different categories, there's personal, just the two of us, there's DepEd, there's budget, and there's also in the country.
00:49So, the list is a bit long and at the moment, I'm not ready to go through it one by one.

01:07But she shared one of the reasons why there is a conflict in the government's budget.

03:26Maybe they should have asked if you're pro-Filipinas.
