पीएम मोदी के दिशानिर्देश के बाद लेटरल एंट्री विज्ञापन रद्द कर दिया गया है। इसको लेकर बिहार सरकार के मंत्री और बिहार बीजेपी के अध्यक्ष दिलीप जायसवाल ने कहा कि विपक्ष का काम है हंगामा करना। सरकार अपने हिसाब से काम करती है और सरकार जो समझती है वह काम करती है। भारत सरकार ने जो फैसला लिया है वह स्वागत योग है। आरक्षण में क्रीमी लेयर के मुद्दे को लेकर 21 अगस्त के भारत बंद को लेकर दिलीप जायसवाल ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कोई जजमेंट नहीं दिया था, सिर्फ सुझाव दिया था और उस सुझाव को भारत सरकार ने स्पष्ट रूप से जानकारी दिया। अगर वह राजनीति कर रहे हैं तो वह उनका इच्छा है लेकिन भारत सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सुझाव को सीधा नकार दिया था। बाबासाहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर जी का जो संविधान है उसमें कोई छेड़छाड़ नहीं होगी।
