00:00A hero's welcome was given by the local government of Manila for the 2024 Paris Olympics double gold medalist, Carlos Edriel Yulo.
00:10Under the leadership of Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna and Vice Mayor Yul Cervo Nieto, Yulo was given 2 million cash incentives this Monday in Manila City Hall.
00:20The LGU also officially declared August 4 as Carlos Yulo Day as a celebration of Yulo's success in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
00:31Lacuna immediately clarified that this is not a public holiday, but just a reminder of the fame of the 24-year-old gymnast, not only in the country, but also in the city of Manila where Yulo grew up.
