Padres and Giants Propel Ahead in Intense MLB Race

00:14I told you Friday Padres will go in there and lose the first game.
00:17Then they lost the third game.
00:19So I, it was terrible, but they have the team to do it.
00:24They're getting tattoos back and they have the best pitching and they have the best bullpen.
00:31They have a deep bullpen of relievers that can pitch literally from the sixth inning

00:39They're the toughest, I think, bullpen in baseball.
00:41And so, uh, I think they have a shot, a legitimate shot to catch the Dodgers.
00:48I do as well.
00:49Uh, the Padres and the Diamondbacks both have the top two spots on the wildcard side

00:56There you see right there.
00:57Atlanta has the last spot.
00:59Mets are two back.
01:01Giants are four back.
01:03Cardinals are five back.
01:05And you're calling the Cubs and the Reds at five and a half and six finished.
01:09I'm calling them finished.
01:11They're out.
01:12They're done.
01:13Um, I do believe now, look, the Giants have Snell.
01:20And he's every night, he's lights out every, every time he pitches.
01:22Now, I don't know what he's found, what the elixir is, but he has found his stuff again.
01:28And he is dominant.
01:30Even when he lost the sale 12 to 11 and strikeouts that one nothing game last week, he was brilliant.
01:36I mean, he, he was absolutely unhittable.
01:38He's known a no hitter.
01:41He's had a 15 K and 11 K listen, that team is dangerous when they want to be.
01:48They can beat anybody and you get him going, Logan Webb going, you get the rookie hitting
01:54home runs going, uh, you know, you saw him hitting home runs yesterday.
02:00That is a dangerous team.
02:02In fact, I think they're more dangerous than the Mets.
02:05Now, uh, the Mets lose too much for me, like, you know, losing to the Marlins, honestly
02:11at home, you should have swept that series.
02:13I still think the Mets, I thought the Mets had a terrible trip and then they came home
02:17and after round with the Marlins, uh, yesterday, they should have won that.

02:32It was another one I lost, but look, I think the giants can jump them.
