00:03 - Move on to Tampa, because what we've done here
00:05 in the last few weeks is actually, I've seen it,
00:07 and a tip of the cap to Joe and our producers
00:10 is we keep repeating it, because if these guys aren't up
00:14 or they aren't rostered in enough leagues,
00:15 it's our duty, it's incumbent upon us
00:17 to continue to talk about them.
00:19 We had Paul Skeen's graphics on this show,
00:20 I think for three or four weeks.
00:22 Here we are, same thing now with a particular player
00:25 in Tampa, who I definitely think is worth the talk.
00:29 - He definitely is.
00:30 Junior Caminero, again, another tremendous talent.
00:32 Over the last couple weeks, this is an offense here
00:35 with Tampa I don't think that scares anybody.
00:38 Hitting 240 as a collective team right now
00:41 over the last two weeks.
00:42 I think Junior Caminero, again, of all the players
00:46 we've talked about this year, whether it be the Manzardos
00:49 or whether it be the Churrios,
00:51 or even the Jackson Holidays for that matter,
00:55 I've always said from day one, Caminero's my favorite one.
00:58 'Cause everything I've watched of Caminero,
01:00 he does all those intangible things
01:01 that I want a young hitter to do,
01:03 where I think he's almost like a man-child, right?
01:05 He's just like, "Put this guy in the big leagues,
01:08 "I don't think he is going to fail."
01:10 I could be wrong, but I look at Caminero
01:12 and I look at the stats of Caminero, again,
01:14 26 hits so far and 81 at-bats, I mean,
01:17 that's just tremendous.
01:18 Six homers, hitting 320, his OPS is almost at 1,000.
01:22 He's a guy, again, there's nothing left to prove.
01:24 And I think by Memorial Day we will see him.
01:25 So if he's still floating around the waiver wire, add him.
01:28 Arobas Martinez is another piece too
01:30 for the Toronto Blue Jays that I think,
01:32 sooner than later the Blue Jays have to give themselves
01:35 a little influx of power and influx of offense a little bit.
01:40 Now, Martinez could struggle a little bit,
01:43 but that's the thing, I look at Martinez
01:44 and I look at Caminero, and Martinez to me
01:47 does have more potential downside.
01:49 Caminero has far less, but 11 homers
01:52 over the last 15 games here for the Blue Jays,
01:54 they've scored just 48 runs,
01:56 that's towards the bottom third of the league right now.
01:59 They're not scoring a ton of runs.
02:01 And then sometimes, you know, in your fantasy leagues
02:03 you wanna look a little deeper into the season too.
02:04 So if you have multiple Yankee starters,
02:06 there's a guy at AAA you should pay attention to
02:08 and it's Will Warren.
02:09 The ERA is a little high right now,
02:10 but if you look at the strikeout rate, it's very high.
02:13 It's above 9K per nine.
02:15 Will Warren's been pretty good here
02:16 for the Yankees in AAA.
02:18 And there's an opportunity there,
02:19 potentially at some point, if you have an injury
02:21 to a Rodon or a Strollman or some of these guys
02:24 in the RDS or potentially at some point
02:26 Garrett Cole does not return for whatever reason,
02:28 Will Warren could be a stopgap guy.
02:31 So just kind of circle, put him on the watch list
02:33 'cause that's another player too,
02:34 that I think could be interesting as time goes on.
