00:00To live to feed the body is much the same as buying a car to keep refueling it.

00:07What does the car do?

00:08It goes from the home to the fuel station and comes back to the home.

00:13The car moves so that the car can be fueled.

00:16The fellow goes to office so that his stomach can be fueled, the physical stomach and the

00:21mental stomach.

00:22The car goes nowhere else.

00:23It goes only till the petrol pump or it goes till the garage so that it can be serviced.

00:28What's the point in buying and maintaining such a car?

00:31It takes you nowhere.

00:32There is no destination it can bring to you.

00:35Similarly, what is the point in having this body if the entire life has to be spent just

00:41servicing this body?

00:42You do not own the car.

00:44The car owns you.

00:45You are a slave to the car.

00:46Similarly, we are mostly slaves to our car.

00:50This is our car.

00:51You have been gifted with this so that you can use this to reach somewhere in life.

00:56Instead, we act as slaves of the body.
