కోల్ కతా ట్రైనీ డాక్టర్ హత్య ఉదంతం కారణంగా డాక్టర్లందరూ విధులు భహిష్కరించి ఆందోళన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తుండడంతో రోగులు అనేక ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. అత్యవసర సేవలు కూడా నిలిపివేయడంతో రోగులు దిక్కుతోచని పరిస్థితులలో పడిపోయినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది.
