00:00I'm curious from your end, you've been around a while, you have transitioned coaching staffs now,
00:06you're a guy with a lot of NFL experience. I know the presence of Matthew Judon is now
00:11out of the room. What does that do for a leadership guy like you? Do you feel like
00:19you've got to make that up? You know, Judon was a very big presence. How do you view all that?
00:25You know, that's a good, great question. So,
00:31first of all, it's always tough when you lose a player through trade or release or
00:40retirement, things like that. As those things transpire, it affects a lot of guys on the team
00:46differently. Whether you just met the guy or you've been with a guy for a long period of time
00:51or you're hunting with him, him and his family afterwards. And news like this definitely saddens
00:59those people, just in general, because you're not going to be with them like you would during
01:04the season. But at the same time, we all know the nature of the beast and how this business works.
01:11And it just has a spot now for other players to show up. Keon White, Anthony Jennings,
01:19Josh Uche, and the rest of the guys on the team, Ox or Shane, all doing great jobs this year,
01:27stepping up, playing the run, playing the pass, into coverage. They're doing phenomenal work. So
01:35when players leave, you always wish them the best. I wish him the best, nothing but the best,
01:42as he goes to Atlanta. But at the same time, guys who are here, we motivate, inspire,
01:48and encourage them to continue to improve their game so that the collective whole
01:56is improving as well. And that's pretty much it.
