00:00Before the witness, a father who was accused of raping his 16-year-old daughter was jailed.

00:08The victim was also sentenced.

00:10Witness, John Consulta, exclusive.

00:17When the target was confirmed to be in the area,

00:20the 20 policemen immediately surrounded their house.

00:25The 40-year-old suspect was not able to escape the Calabarzon Police.

00:29The suspect was arrested because of his own daughter's complaint.

00:32It was not easy to find the suspect.

00:35We were challenged in arresting the accused because we could not trace him.

00:41But because of the information we got from the informant,

00:45where the accused is hiding,

00:48I immediately formed a tracker team and went to the place where the accused is said to be hiding.

00:54The 16-year-old victim complained to the police.

00:57The father repeatedly raped her inside their house until she finally gave birth.

01:03When the mother of the victim was still bedridden,

01:06she was placed in the other room.

01:10The mother died while she was in the hospital.

01:13The father raped her again.

01:16When her daughter gave birth,

01:20the father himself bought the medicine to make her daughter's pregnancy worse.

01:26This is where the victim complained to the son of the mother of the victim to ask for help.

01:32The suspect who is now in prison in Cavite Police Station has not yet been released

01:36on statutory rape charges.
