00:00The former PNP Chief Jesus Versoza and 10 other accused in the Graft case were acquitted by the San Digan Bayan 7th Division.
00:10He was convicted of buying a second-hand helicopter of the PNP in 2009.
00:17Because of that, the court ordered the return of the whole departure order against Versoza and he also returned the cash bond he paid.
00:27Some officials were also found guilty for violating the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
00:34The purchase of the alleged helicopter became controversial because it was declared brand new.
00:40But the former PNP Chief Jesus Versoza and 10 other accused in the Graft case were acquitted by the San Digan Bayan 7th Division.
