00:03assured that the government will continue to address the problem of poverty in the country.
00:08According to the NEDA, Secretary Arsenio Balisacan,
00:11the government knows that every Filipino is facing a severe challenge due to the rapid inflation.
00:18So President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. assured that our countrymen
00:25will feel the results of the steps and changes that are being implemented.
00:29Food and poverty thresholds are also needed
00:32because they are an instrument in the creation of policies and programs against poverty.
00:38Balisacan insisted that the threshold for a good life or spending for a family is not set.
00:46It is only metrical to know the situation of the country.
00:51It is also part of the government's job to measure and monitor the rate of poverty in the country every year
