00:00Very few people have any idea if Brock Lesnar will ever return to WWE.
00:10If you ask Triple H, which people have, he'll tell you that Brock is at home doing Brock
00:15things and that WWE is still very much open to working with him.
00:19But behind the scenes, things aren't so straight forward.
00:23What we've seen so far seems to suggest that WWE has kept and will continue to keep
00:27a distance from Brock Lesnar for the foreseeable future.
00:31Considering how he was allegedly one of the names implicated in the horrific Janelle Grant
00:36Vince McMahon lawsuit, it's not hard to see why.
00:39It's going to be quite a PR storm for WWE if they bring him back anytime soon.
00:45While all the talk about the lawsuit has obviously died down this year, bringing him back quickly
00:50is going to reopen that wound.
00:52We're almost certain that everybody involved in the decision making process in WWE is aware
00:57of this.
00:58Still, there's also that question of whether it can still happen once enough time passes.
01:03There's almost a 100% guarantee of Brock Lesnar getting a big pop if he returns, but
01:09the widespread online reaction will likely manifest in a different way and influence
01:13the crowd reactions going forward.
01:15There's a difference between the casual live audience and the so-called internet wrestling
01:19fans, but over the years, we've seen how the growth in social media has come to bridge
01:24the gap and directly impact crowd reactions.
01:27It's kinda like when The Rock got a huge reaction when he was supposedly going to replace
01:31Cody Rhodes, but only a few days later, crowds in Raw were chanting Rocky Sucks for the first
01:37time in decades.
01:42Of course, we should mention that it's a completely different scenario because one
01:47reaction was over an unfair booking decision while the other is a much more serious case.
01:54But let's just put all that to the side and assume that a day comes in the future
01:57when it's okay for WWE to bring Brock Lesnar back, and they do.
02:02How exactly could they go about it correctly?
02:19For one, it's important to keep him out of any world championship picture.
02:24In 2024 or 2025, whenever it is, Brock Lesnar will have no business being in a world championship
02:30match.
02:31Considering how he completely dominated the world championship picture in WWE for a large
02:35chunk of time between 2017 and 2022, he should specifically be kept for a non-title feud.
02:43The way they utilized him to elevate Cody Rhodes in 2023 was brilliant.
02:48Considering how their rivalry at Summerslam ended with Brock Lesnar being a good guy again,
02:53they can actually pick up where they left off.
02:55We got to see a more fun side of Brock Lesnar when he returned in 2021 and hopefully an
03:00exciting direction can bring another side out of him.
03:03It doesn't necessarily have to be the scary, ruthless beast that we're used to seeing.
03:08Instead, we were thinking of something like a power alliance with Roman Reigns and Cody
03:13Rhodes.
03:14Let's just say that this is all in the post-Wrestlemania 41 landscape.
03:19Cody Rhodes finishes another part of his story by beating The Rock on night two and Roman
03:24Reigns defeats Solo Sakoa to reclaim his throne of the tribal chief.
03:28We're also going to assume that by this point, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns have had
03:33their third match that ended with Cody winning and the two shaking hands to end their rivalry
03:38for good and earning respect for one another in the process.
03:42For argument's sake, let's also assume that Jimmy and Jey Uso have returned to Roman
03:47Reigns' side for a bloodline civil war that's taken up much of the time between late 2024
03:52and early 2025
03:54On the Smackdown after Wrestlemania, the bloodline continues to come after Roman Reigns.
03:59Admittedly, this is going to be a bit of a hard sell because by this point, the Solo
04:04Sakoa story will have stretched out for a year while the bloodline story will nearly
04:08be a half a decade old
04:11This year, they managed to hit the refresh button by changing the bloodline's lineup
04:15entirely, but they're probably not going to be able to keep signing more Samoans to
04:19add to the story
04:21So the pitch is simple, once Roman Reigns can't handle the numbers, Jimmy and Jey
04:26get taken out while Cody Rhodes comes to Roman Reigns' aid
04:30As if a two-man power trip of this sort wouldn't be enough, Jacob Fatu has established himself
04:36as the most physically dominant member of the bloodline by far
04:40He has become a beast and there's an acknowledgment within Solo Sakoa's bloodline and it's
04:44clear that he's far more deserving of the top spot in the group
04:48Jacob Fatu needs to be as dominant and protected as possible
04:52The best direction for him at Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes find themselves hitting a
04:56dead end when trying to fend off any attack
05:00Just like that, the most important ally possible returns
05:04It kind of makes sense to have him in that spot
05:11A, he's the most dominant combat sports athlete WWE has ever had
05:16B, Brock Lesnar finished his rivalry with Roman Reigns in 2022, so why not change things
05:22up by having them fight side by side?
05:25There's a story there
05:27C, Lesnar's last appearance was him holding Cody Rhodes' hand up and becoming a good
05:33guy again, so there's another logical pairing
05:36The only thing WWE would have to skirt around a bit is the fact that Paul Heyman betrayed
05:42Brock Lesnar in 2022, but honestly, that wouldn't be too big of a hiccup
05:47The entire issue could be addressed and tackled in one segment that leads to Lesnar and Heyman
05:53making up
05:54Not necessarily Paul Heyman going back to being his advocate, but just him and Lesnar
05:58reconciling as they both realize their time in the spotlight is coming to an end
06:03It would lead to the most dominant looking trio that WWE has seen in a while
06:09Not exactly shield caliber, but just three of the biggest names being on the same side
06:14It has premium live event headliner written all over it
06:19Whether it's Backlash or the show in Saudi, it's probably the best way to put a definitive
06:23end to Roman Reigns' bloodline saga
06:26We understand that a singles match between Roman and Solo at Wrestlemania should ideally
06:31be where it all ends and we wouldn't fault you for thinking that, but just imagine how
06:36big it would be to see a tag team compromising of Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Brock Lesnar
06:44That has dollar signs written all over it
06:47To add to the stakes, WWE could make it a no disqualification elimination match, which
06:53would lead to one of the most chaotic main events we've seen in recent times
06:57The story could be told a much better way if it's an elimination match
07:01Imagine the lineup is Solo Sokoa, Jacob Fatu, and presumably Tama Tonga or another bloodline
07:07member if they decide to keep adding more Samoans
07:10But it can go in a specific order
07:12Brock Lesnar eliminates Tama Tonga or a third member
07:16Roman Reigns manages to eliminate Solo Sokoa, leaving things in a 3 on 1 situation with
07:22Jacob Fatu
07:24This ladies and gentlemen, is where the Jacob Fatu show needs to begin
07:28In an absolute thunder strike type of a moment, Jacob Fatu disposes of Roman Reigns like he's
07:34nothing
07:35Next is Cody Rhodes who puts up a valiant battle only for another bloodline member to
07:39distract him, leading to Jacob Fatu pinning and eliminating the undisputed WWE champion
07:46And then there are two, Jacob Fatu and Brock Lesnar
07:51Imagine the reaction when the two of them go face to face
07:55In case you thought Jacob Fatu wasn't that big, the size difference between him and Lesnar
07:59isn't that much
08:01Brock is just 1 inch taller and about 8 pounds heavier
08:05This needs to be the focus of the match
08:08Everything in the build up leads to this clash between Jacob Fatu and Brock Lesnar, a titan
08:13of the present and future and one of the greatest titans the industry has ever seen
08:18Hopefully it would lead to a big showcase where they have a match within a match, kinda
08:22like how Cody Rhodes and Gunther did at the 2020 thing as a whistle
08:26It might seem counterintuitive to bring Brock Lesnar back just to elevate Jacob Fatu, but
08:32what else can he do that's better?
08:34You can't have Brock Lesnar losing to random guys
08:37In the last 8 years, only 6 men have had the distinction of pinning Brock Lesnar
08:42Goldberg, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Cody Rhodes
08:49So while we could see an argument for Brock Lesnar facing stars he never has seen before,
08:54ask yourself this, which current superstar is truly deserving of being on that list we
09:00mentioned above?
09:02In case you didn't realize, those are some heavy hitters
09:05Every single person who pinned Brock Lesnar was already a top tier name or would go on
09:09to do bigger and better things
09:11In our opinion, there's nobody on the current WWE roster who's as deserving of being on
09:16that list as Jacob Fatu is
09:18He's already getting great reactions just a couple months in and all signs seem to indicate
09:24that he's going to overshadow Solo Sakoa at some point
09:28Getting back to our little fantasy scenario, WWE could go one of two directions following
09:33the 6 man tag team match
09:36Obviously, Jacob Fatu is the star and highlight of the entire post-wrestlemania feud and essentially
09:42becomes the winner coming out of the bloodline story
09:45If WWE really wants to do a run similar to what Brock Lesnar had in 2002, then they could
09:50lead the following two premium live events with Jacob Fatu being in big singles matches
09:56First with him having a singles match and defeating Brock Lesnar
10:00And second by having him defeat Roman Reigns before challenging Cody Rhodes for the undisputed
10:05WWE Championship
10:08Or they could go the reverse route, first have him take out Brock Lesnar completely
10:12in the 6 man tag team match, leading to Lesnar getting stretched out
10:17The following premium live event could see Jacob Fatu beat Roman Reigns and nearly have
10:22him face the same fate before Lesnar comes to save him
10:25At Money in the Bank, Jacob Fatu could beat Brock Lesnar, setting him up as the man to
10:30take on Cody Rhodes
10:32This could make for an interesting story because we could see another side of Brock
10:35Lesnar where he knows that his career is coming to an end sooner rather than later
10:40It's the opportunity to present him in a completely different way
10:44Whether it's been as a good or bad guy, Brock Lesnar has always been the most dominant
10:50person in any scenario, but suddenly he finds himself losing what he once had
10:57This is a story that can be told even in the 6 man tag team match
11:01A move that Brock Lesnar would have normally executed with precision is now something he's
11:06struggling to do, highlighting just how much age and ring rust has caught up to him
11:10Mind you, if this is post Wrestlemania 41, then it will have almost been 2 years since
11:16Lesnar stepped into a ring
11:18It would allow fans to actually see a more vulnerable side of Brock Lesnar
11:23Just think of Brock Lesnar between 2014 and 2020, was there hardly any character development?
11:29He was practically non-existent
11:32On one hand, he really didn't need to because being Brock Lesnar gives him an aura in itself
11:38But in hindsight, it was really just a lack of effort from everybody's end including
11:43Brock
11:44But in 2021 when we saw him return, we saw the most fun-loving, entertaining side of
11:49Brock Lesnar
11:50Long gone were the days when he needed someone to talk for him, he was just genuinely having
11:55a good time
11:56Seeing this more vulnerable side of Brock Lesnar would be a fantastic way to build up
12:01to the wrestling of the torch
12:02We'd even argue that with this kind of run, Jacob Fatu would be more than ready to dethrone
12:07Cody Rhodes and become the undisputed WWE champion
12:12We can admit that we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves here, but in our opinion, Brock
12:17Lesnar is kind of in that position where there's just not a lot left for him to do in WWE
12:23We aren't suggesting that he should or will retire after losing to Jacob Fatu, but
12:28his return should be used as a catalyst to create another main event superstar
12:33Perhaps after that, he can either have a retirement match at Summerslam or disappear altogether
12:38before finishing his career at Wrestlemania 42 in 2026
12:44What do you think of this idea?
12:45Would you rather see Brock Lesnar in a few more singles matches before calling it a day
12:50or would you rather see him in a scenario that we played out?
12:54Let us know what you think in the comments and as always, thanks for watching!
