00:00So there's a person in my life that I have great affection for and it isn't reciprocated
00:16and that drives me a little nuts. Yeah. And and but then there's the part of me that knows
00:26that's not my business, that he's going to do what he's going to do. And I don't have
00:30any control over it, but I still find myself wrapped up in the almost tantruming stage
00:38of like, damn it. Why not kind of a thing. And I know it doesn't feel good. And I know
00:46what that means that it doesn't feel good yet. I still find myself in that sort of uncalibrated
00:51loop of despair. Well, we're going to start in a broad place and that won't surprise you
00:56because we always do, but we want to take this opportunity. We'll help you with this
01:03specifically, of course, but we want to take this opportunity to help you all to understand
01:12that you proceed under a flawed premise. Usually that does not serve you and never, ever will.
01:21And that flawed premise is that it matters to me, what you think about me. And it also
01:28seems to you that if I think this toward you, then you should think likewise toward me.
01:36Oh, that's tricky because what anyone feels or perceives in any moment in time is way
01:47more about what they've been doing and what they've brought their vibration to than anything
01:54that has to do with you in this moment. So we want you to consider this just as a really
02:01good basis, not just for this question, but for this day, and then we'll go back and walk
02:06through this. Think about law of attraction, the law of attraction and how it manages everything.
02:12Think about what it says is that everyone is offering a vibration and those vibrations
02:18are being managed by the law of attraction. The law of attraction is managing all of that.
02:24And as the law of attraction is managing all of it, that means that nothing can come to
02:29you that is not vibrationally active within you, which means as you get a response from
02:36someone that isn't pleasing, your awareness of that is active in your vibration.
02:41So it's hard for you to get anything else. And it feels to you like if they would just
02:46do something different, you would feel better. While we keep saying, if you would do something
02:50different, you would feel better. And if you would do something different, maybe that very
02:55person would be activated in a different way. In other words, maybe you would own the room
03:02in a more powerful way and evoke something different, or maybe someone else to the path
03:07of least resistance would just zoom right in and fulfill everything that you want because
03:12you're clear and clean and pure and calibrated in your vibration.
03:16You don't have all this. No, what I don't want mixed in with it. So now think about
03:21the law of attraction and. See yourself as someone who's decided apart from this conversation,
03:29apart from maybe you woke up in the day and you're not yet thinking about that fat chance,
03:33but let's just say that happened. And so your vibration is clear and you are calibrated to
03:40your inner being. And so you've decided to really isolate, calibrate, tend to tune to
03:49the frequency of you. So you sit for a little while after you've meditated and you make some
03:55statements on a page about emotional things, which are indicators of your calibration.
04:01And you don't write things that you do not mean, but you write things and you mean them
04:07and you've practiced it enough that you're pretty good at it. And so you write things
04:10like I feel eager about this day. I feel frisky about this day. I feel blessed in this day.
04:19Now the first day you sit to do this, maybe not so much, but after you do this for a little
04:23while, it takes some doing to calibrate to your blessedness.
04:27Often not so blessed things are sometimes happening, but you can do it. And your calibration
04:35is everything because your calibration to your source energy is your point of attraction.
04:41So I feel blessed and I feel eager and I feel expansive and I feel ready and I feel open
04:48and I feel full of myself and I feel fun and I feel strong and I feel intuitive and I feel
04:55flexible and I feel eager and I feel balanced. I feel good. I feel really, really good. I feel
05:00good. So you calibrate now what's happened. Whether you write it or just say it, it's better
05:06to write it because you'll focus better. And it's better to do it the next day and the next
05:10day and the next day and the next day and the next day, because after a little while,
05:13it really catches on. And when you write those words, you feel the resonance of them because
05:19it lights your inner being up with you. The two of you become a powerful, dynamic, powerful,
05:25good feeling team. It's the awesome power, or we like to say the awesome pleasure of
05:31non-resistant thought that you've got going on with your non-physical partner.
05:35That's a powerful point of attraction. One who's connected to that is more powerful than
05:40millions who are not. Most people don't even think about calibrating until they bumped
05:45into something unwanted. And then we love you so much. It's too late, too late for
05:51now. You're just going to bump into them and you're just going to get your feelings hurt
05:55and you're just going to have a bad experience and you're going to blame it on them. And
05:58you're going to practice the uncalibration of your inner being while you practice resentment
06:04and other things that just don't serve you at all.
06:07And so you just can't get around this. You got to clean up your vibration. And just because
06:13somebody is misbehaving by your standards to you, doesn't mean you have to notice it
06:19and take it in. So you got to do something about that sensitivity. Well, that's not an
06:24easy thing to do because most humans have been doing it for a very long time. Most of
06:28you have been calibrating. Oh, we love you so much, but you are so we love you so much.
06:35You've been calibrating to others. Response of you as if that has anything to do with
06:42anything, because they like that one individual, like the world at large is a mixed bag.
06:51That will give you what you've calibrated. So whether it's this whole cluster of humanity
06:59or whether it's just a person. Pay no attention to where they're at. Only give attention to
07:08where you're at, tend to your own calibration and then watch what happens. Because when
07:15you choose anyone in any of those groups and you decide to push against them, maybe because
07:22of their denial of you, or maybe because of their disagreement with you, maybe because
07:27they see something different than you do.
07:29Doesn't matter. There are lots of reasons that you might want to push again. There are
07:32lots of examples of who you might push against, but there's only one reason that you're pushing
07:40against any of them. Drum roll, please. There's only one reason that you're pushing against
07:46any of them. They threaten you because you're not calibrated. You counted on them for your
07:55source and your strength. That's why you gather together in clumps with others is because
08:01you don't feel strong on your own, but when you've learned to calibrate to your own wholeness,
08:06calibrate to your joy, calibrate to your love, calibrate to your clarity, calibrate to who
08:10you are.
08:12Now you can love them. You can love all of them. They don't threaten you. Some of them
08:17call you. Some of them entertain you. Some of them wrap their arms around you and love
08:22you, but it is not important to you what they do. You free them to their own creation.
08:28Why do you tend to yours? You say in the beginning, it's easier to change the subject altogether,
08:37but that's easier said than done because something about this person is active in lots of ways
08:45with what matters to you.
08:47And we want to say to you, the calibration between the two of you is not that far off.
08:53It's just that he doesn't like you. That's not what it is. That's not what it is. It's
09:02that things that he doesn't like about himself are the same things that you don't like about
09:07yourself and they're active in both of you. And they are acting as a version points, even
09:16in your dislike of each other, law of attraction is working.
09:22And so it's easier said than done, but we would encourage you to always just step back
09:29to the basis of what you know and decide that you're going to calibrate. Esther had an experience
09:36in the last few days that just knocked her over because what someone thought wasn't what
09:41she thought. And it was about her. And how could that possibly be? How could that possibly
09:48be? How could you not think the same thing that I think about me? How could you not?
09:55How could you not? The first reaction, when something like that happens is sadness, then
10:02some anger, then some resentment just gets worse and worse.
10:06You can die over it. Self-blame is kind of my path that I take that I don't like it.
10:12You can deprive yourself of life force itself. After a little while though, because you know
10:20what you know, and you felt how you felt and you know who you really are. Then you asked
10:25yourself the question. So Esther sat to write her segment intending. That's where she calibrates
10:34and she just asked herself the question because she felt resentful and she felt picked on.
10:46Most of all, she felt misunderstood, misunderstood. And then she thought, wait a minute, just
10:53wait a minute. Really? I've been calibrating for months in my book. Look at my world. I'm
11:02going to let that be the basis of this stupid stuff. And so then she just asked herself
11:10right out loud, Esther, which do you feel more resentment or blessed?
11:19Contest exclamation point, exclamation point, exclamation point, underline, underline, underline
11:28circle, circle, circle, circle, circle, circle, circle.
11:35Which do you feel more resentment or love? Oh, these are easy questions. Love. Who am
11:46I? How do I feel? What do I choose to feel? What do I calibrate to? Really? Am I going
11:53to calibrate to who I am or to who somebody who doesn't know who I am thinks I am. You
12:01got that choice all day, every day, all day, every day, all day, every day, all day.
12:14And after a little while, this may upset you a little bit and we really don't. Yeah,
12:17we want to, we want to upset you want to upset all of you. This may upset you because it's
12:21not what you think you want. After a little while, you'll be so good at calibrating to
12:27who you are. That you won't be jumping through any hoops for anybody because you've been
12:33trying to get them to love you.
12:35And you know what? You can't be good enough to them to keep them loving you. You can't
12:41do enough to keep them loving you because they got to be tuned to love before they can
12:47love you. Can you control that? And does it have anything to do with you? It doesn't have
12:53anything to do with me. Oh, what a relief. What a relief. It doesn't have anything to
12:59do with me. So now I can just tune in and love them. How clean is that? How frisky is
13:05that? How good feeling is that? How brilliant is that? How easy is that? Well, sometimes
13:11not as easy as I'd like it to be though, because, because of the momentum I have practiced about
13:18the resentment and about now.
13:21We've got a pretty good run going, so don't start that. Okay. Because that's a calibration
13:27to something else. And you're human and you're right. That's real too. But it's like, there's
13:34good stuff on the buffet and there's stuff that tastes terrible on the buffet. Your
13:38choice, your choice. And a lot of you eat the stuff that doesn't taste good because
13:44you want to be humble and sacrificial and obedient. And eventually that leads you straight
13:56to the cellar of resentment. So just be nice to yourself. You're nice to yourself in many
14:04ways. Just don't let your misunderstanding of their misunderstanding, mess this up.
14:10It's all a misunderstanding. It's all a misunderstanding. That's what you keep doing. You let other
14:17people who it's not their job to understand you. And they couldn't, if they wanted to,
14:21use your complex. You want them to understand you. And when they don't, now you've lost
14:29your way. Really? How many more damn books do we have to write? There's source energy
14:39all over you flowing to you all the time. It takes so little to get in the beam of that.
14:46Yes. Yes. Yeah. Enough. Enough. Thank you. Really good.
