00:03So I'm sure you know this.

00:04It's the weekly ads that appear in your mailbox all the time.

00:06We take this content and we turn it into ads for every local store of that retailer.

00:10We take all the inventory for the car dealers and we turn them into ads,

00:13running on TV, running on social media, digital.

00:16I'm looking at raising $3 million at a valuation of $30 million

00:20and I'm here to talk to you guys about how you can be part of this ride

00:23at what amounts to zero cost to any of you.

00:31That was intriguing.

00:33He's a serial entrepreneur that's going to give us equity for free?

00:38Ish.

00:39I like his confidence.

00:40I didn't actually get what his business is, did you?

00:42Maybe he's trying to replace or upend the advertising business?

00:45I look for clarity in pitches and I didn't hear it that time.

00:49You guys ready to vote?

00:54I'll be transparent.

00:55I was really trying to see what the free deal was all about

00:58and if I was right in the midst of about to write a $2 million check

01:01for advertising for social media for one of my companies,

01:04you're right, it's a no-brainer.

01:06I just swing that over to you and it goes right back to them.

01:08Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to do that.

01:17I also see the world of artificial intelligence.

01:23and so for that reason, I'm going to have to pass.

01:32I would be willing to invest $200K at the previous valuation of $20 million.
