00:08You know from everybody in my room. I need them to communicate. I need them to
00:13Create alignment a great assignment and great execution on every single play. It isn't just with one player
00:18It's with every single player in the back end and as a safety
00:20You're a primary communicator for the third level of the defense and you got to make sure everybody is tied together on a string

00:32I expect every single person in the safety room to communicate and get everybody lined up and be on the same page every single snap
00:38From day one first practice to today anything jumping out at you anything surprising
00:45No, it's training camp seeing all the same stuff though you see in every training camp everybody's going out there working extremely hard
00:52Everybody's learning everybody's progressing and it's extremely fun to be around these young men

01:08Him and coach Saban probably have the most influence on my coaching careers whenever we have coach Saban out here

01:23Does he go in the office with you guys and kind of break down what he sees the practice and get back?
01:27No, he's just around he's doing his thing. I don't really pay attention to where he's at within the building
