00:13 And for me, this is a day of gratitude and celebration.

00:24 to be a coach here for 24 years.
00:28 It's an amazing opportunity.
00:30 Received tremendous support.
00:32 We had a vision of building a winner,
00:34 building a championship football team here.
00:36 And that's exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations.
00:42 The amount of success that we were able to achieve together
00:46 through a lot of hard work and contributions
00:48 of so many people.
00:50 So I'm very proud of that.
00:52 And I'll always have those great memories.
00:55 I'll carry those with me the rest of my life.
00:58 And of course, a great deal of thanks and appreciation
01:00 to the players.
01:01 Players win games in the NFL.
01:03 And I've been very, very fortunate to coach
01:05 some of the greatest players that I've ever played.
01:07 Some of the greatest players I've ever
01:09 played for the Patriots.
01:10 Some of them are already in the Hall of Fame.
01:12 Many more are going.
01:14 But again, regardless of how long any of the players
01:16 weren't here, what their role was,
01:18 or how many games they played, or even if they
01:21 didn't win championships, I respect the way
01:24 the players come to work here on a daily basis.
01:27 All of them.
01:27 And I've coached well over 1,000.
01:32 Like a good marriage, a successful head coach-owner
01:36 relationship requires a lot of hard work.
01:41 And I'm very proud that our partnership
01:44 lasted for 24 years.
01:46 I thank Coach Bill for his hard work and dedication.
01:52 It'll be difficult to see him in a cut-off hoodie
01:55 on the sideline.
01:58 But I will always continue to wish him continued success,
02:03 except when he's playing our beloved Patriots.
