01:01When we entered this business with the owner, we realized that we need to give good service to the people.
01:11I was able to get in because I'm an HRM graduate.
01:16Also, for my previous work, I was able to get in because of the hospitality industry.
01:21One of the challenges we encountered was how to give good service to the people.
01:27We trained the staff to give the best quality of service so that our guests and visitors can enjoy the unique service and the quality of food that we want them to taste and receive.
01:44Lessons that I learned in running this business is that you need to have patience.
01:51You also need to know how to understand your staff so that you can understand where they come from and so that they can do a good job.
