00:05Our roads are abysmal and compared, you can't compare because the roads in Germany, France, Spain, they're beautiful.

00:14It's been an ongoing issue for donkey's years, like an investment for the last 15 years.

00:19Everything's been run down, it's going to be an issue that's going to be addressed but not overnight because there's no money.

00:25In France everything's perfect, the roads are perfect, everything, due perfect.

00:29I like what's being introduced here, they're doing 20mph speed limits, which I think slows cars down, which is good.

00:40How important is upgrading the UK's road network in your opinion?

00:44Oh, it's got to, because it's absolutely chocker and what's going to happen in 10 years, God only knows.

00:52It's getting people fed first, things like that. I'm not being awkward, people need to be fed.

00:56Get rid of the food banks, get people, you know, get more money in their pockets.
