00:00My name is Hitesh Chaudhary. I'm from Chakchhabi, a small village. My district is Amroa and I'm from Uttar Pradesh.
00:07Sir, when we came to ICR today, we saw that they are growing thick grains here.
00:14Earlier, our farmers used to do it, but now they have stopped doing it.
00:18So, their new species have been launched here today.
00:21How can farmers come here in a short period of time? Are they successful?
00:26They are very successful.
00:28Because during climate change, it can be very cold, rainy season, etc.
00:35So, when it rains, the farmers suffer.
00:38And when it's very hot, the farmers suffer.
00:42So, all these crops are 70 days old.
00:44So, during these 70 days, as long as there's a change in the climate, they can survive.
00:54And before that, they can be harvested.
00:58So, I felt very good here today.
01:00And when I spoke to our respected PM, Narendra Modi, I was very happy.
01:08First of all, I got a glimpse of his path.
01:10And after getting a glimpse of his path, I wanted to talk to him about the problems of the farmers.
01:16So, I felt very good when those problems were solved there today.
01:20As far as women farmers are concerned, as you can see, they didn't have any employment.
01:26There were a lot of women who were looking for employment.
01:29How can we do our work? How can we move forward?
01:32Their morale was also a little low.
01:36They used to stay at home and work.
01:38But as our respected PM, Narendra Modi implemented the schemes,
01:43such as Samu's schemes, APO's schemes,
01:46so women got more enthusiasm.
01:48They also got employment.
01:50For example, I didn't have any employment.
01:53I didn't have anything.
01:54And I am a double MA.
01:55And I have a MA degree in yoga.
01:59And I have a PG.
02:00And I am also a national coach.
02:02I am also a coach of Khelo India.
02:03But despite that, we didn't have any employment.
02:08I only do social service.
02:10I feel very good.
02:11Along with that.
02:12But I got involved in these things.
02:14I created a group called Ojashini Mahila Swahamsaayata.
02:18In which we work on sugarcane.
02:20In sugarcane, we grow new species of plants.
02:22With a single bud chip.
02:2412 women got involved with us.
02:26Our group's turnover is 5 lakhs.
02:30Women get money from there.
02:32For example, our plants are sold.
02:33We take it to the farmer.
02:35We get 1.5 rupees from the government.
02:37And 1.5 rupees from the farmers.
02:39We sell our plants.
02:41We get 3 rupees from there.
02:44So for women, they got employment.
02:47And they also got an income.
02:49Along with that, I made an FPO.
02:51Which is called Pirkhand Bio Energy.
02:52Kisan Producer Company Limited.
02:54In that, 517 farmers and women got involved with me.
02:57Today, my turnover is 15 lakhs.
03:00So this is a very good start of the FPO.
03:02Of our government.
03:03Like our government wants.
03:05How to double the number of farmers.
03:07So how will it be?
03:08It will be like this.
03:09By making an FPO.
03:10We will do multi-cropping.
03:12Like millets.
03:13We cultivate millets.
03:15Along with that, we are also cultivating lemongrass.
03:17So in lemongrass, we cultivated millets.
03:19Like I am cultivating bhagwani.
03:22Advanced Taiwan Pink Amrut.
03:24Along with that, we are also cultivating millets.
03:26So if there is multi-cropping.
03:27Then the growth capacity of our land will also increase.
03:29And in that, the nutrients that our land needs.
03:32We got all that too.
03:33Because in that, the deep roots.
03:36We will plant that too.
03:37We have also taken our crop from that.
03:39So with that, our land also got all the nutrients.
03:43So with this, we have our millets.
03:46Like bajra, ragi, kodo, jowar, whatever.
03:49With this, we have made our products.
03:52With that, we have made our biscuits.
03:53We have made namkeen.
03:54We have made flour.
03:56So we bought this from the farmers.
03:57When we bought it from the farmers at a good rate.
03:59And their product.
04:01The FPO product is going out.
04:02So there is a better income than that.
04:04So here, the number of farmers doubles.
04:06Means the number of farmers increases.
04:08And the income that used to come to our land.
04:10That income has reduced.
04:12Our income has increased.
04:13And our income has reduced.
04:14Because the fat grains.
04:15They don't need much income.
04:18They don't need much water.
04:20They don't even need to see much.
04:23So this is a very good precedent for our farmer brothers.
04:25For the farmer women.
04:28Which our Indian government has run these schemes.
04:30And with this, I have made a cluster of my 200 farmers.
04:34Paramparagat Kirsi and JV Kirsi.
04:36So in that, I have joined my farmer brothers.
04:39So like there are many schemes in the cluster.
04:41So all that is given to the farmer brothers.
04:43So the farmer brothers are very happy with it.
04:45And along with this, under the scheme of Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas.
04:48I am also a master trainer from NIDC.
04:51So I also give free training to the farmer brothers.
04:53Of JV farming and natural farming.
04:55So I got employment.
04:57And along with me, my farmer brothers are also connected.
05:00My farmer women are also connected.
05:02So they also got employment.
05:03And there was a source of income.
05:05And the best thing is that they became self-reliant.
05:07They became self-dependent.
05:09They are not dependent on anyone.
05:11So this is a very good precedent of our government.
05:13And I would like to pay a lot of respect to my government.
05:16That they implemented these schemes.
05:18And our agricultural science center.
05:20From there, they keep telling us new schemes.
05:24And there is also pre-training from time to time.
05:27So I would like to thank my agricultural science center.
05:30That they tell us everything.
