00:00YB Adun Rembia, Datuk Mohamad Jalani Khamis has accused the DAP party of being a kafir harwi.

00:06So today, we are calling the police on the issue of our safety.

00:11And we also understand that the term kafir harwi refers to the kafirs who are against Islam.

00:17And this group is halal, their blood is donated by other Muslims.

00:21And for us, the Malays from the DAP, this is a very serious matter for us to take.

00:27And a matter of safety too.

00:29Because maybe if I go out alone, someone who can take action against me will come.

00:35So this is something that is very dangerous.

00:37Although the statement was made in a lecture, but they need to be accountable for what they said.

00:43And it is also directed towards a hate speech, endangering and undermining public opinion.

00:50So these statements are actually under section 29, 298A.

00:57The Penal Code and Section 505 of the Penal Code.

01:01So kafir harwi has a very dangerous implication.

01:05It can be used to fight, halal its blood and various other implications of violence.

01:13However, in the context of our country today, Malaysia,

01:16we have an institution that is recognized by all citizens of our country,

01:21including political parties that are registered.

01:23Everything is subject to the institution and the laws and regulations in our country.

01:27So the term or accusation of kafir harwi is very serious, very dangerous.

01:33And in fact, it can spread extremism among the people and communities of the people in this country.

01:40So what was said, what was stated in the lecture that we referred to,

01:46in the recent PAS and the National Union campaign,

01:50actually gives implications not only to Malay in the DAP,

01:54not only to the DAP, but even to the harmony of the entire people in our waters.

02:00So we really hope that the authorities will investigate

02:05and do not let go of those who want to sow the seeds of this hatred,

02:11spreading the fire of hostility among our communities.

02:17If we want to politicize, we can politicize.

02:19But politics, as PAS always says, but we actually want a mature and prosperous politics.
