00:00The Canadian men's track athletes really didn't perform very well this week.
00:08A lot of them, they were sick, one of their coaches got sent home due to a controversy
00:15and allegations of abuse.
00:18So it was kind of a, it was a dark week for the Canadian men's track team, who in the
00:23past have been good, right?
00:24They have Donovan Bailey, you've got, oh, and the Netherlands just scored in women's
00:29field hockey, gold medal match, China and Netherlands now tied at one big time match
00:34here.
00:35And I'm going to get to this in a second, as far as the massive upsets got, but long
00:38story short, remember in the old days, Ben Johnson, who got caught, he was juiced up
00:41when he smashed Carl Lewis, Donovan Bailey, Brony Cern.
00:46There's a big history of Canadian track that's pretty good.
00:49Yet, like I said, it was a dark week to put in perspective, they were the seventh lowest
00:54odds to win the gold medal, guys.
00:56They were plus 400 to make the podium, all right?
01:00Plus 3,300, 33 to one, $10 would have gotten you back three, like $100 would have gotten
01:07back 3,300 bucks, Scott.
01:10And Canada actually wins, the USA disqualify, they can't even pass the baton properly.
01:15Talking all that smack before the race, like, you know, yesterday, when the dude from Botswana
01:22beat Noah Lyles, after they said, they said, what do you have to say?
01:27He goes, I don't have anything to say, I'm not Noah Lyles, and he just walked away.
