00:00to introduce yourself yes okay so if you can introduce yourself please yeah my name is Arif

00:04Syed i'm a chairman of the Borefield mosque and really pleased and delighted to be here yeah

00:09excellent and um can you just tell us what the atmosphere has been like here well it's just like

00:13a mela right it's a carnival it's a festival uh very peaceful very humble right everybody is just

00:20now putting their message out in the best possible way it's a peaceful environment and that's exactly

00:26how we want it here so that the women and children can come in an event like that and without any

00:31animosity without any fear and without any intimidation uh to put our message out and

00:37that is most important in quality we are united we don't want any

00:44approach our streets should be clean and welcoming and that's the message from the

00:49crawly people and from the mosque and from the muslim community and this sums up crawly doesn't

00:54it does actually uh yes that is all uh all uh multicultural society you see the faces from

01:01all uh the segments of the society all black white uh and everybody has their students here

01:08the young people are here the old people are here the vulnerable people are here they all wanted to

01:14put one simple message we are united and we don't have a factory or racism in our streets so we are

01:21welcome all the immigrants and anybody else what the government allow and we are peace

01:25and law-abiding citizens and we'll stay that way and we don't want anybody to disturb

01:30our peace and quality and hospitality lovely and um broadfield mosque is here

01:38yeah we are trying our best so that the people does not get dehydrated so there's a food snacks

01:45and the water is being uh is being given out uh to the people who are attending uh this event

01:50and how do people get involved in the mosque or even find out more about the mosque if they wanted
