00:00The police believe that Pastor Apollo Quibuloy is hiding in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City.

00:07According to the Police Region Office 11, the police are just being careful, so they are doing it calculatedly.

00:12The compound is 30 hectares wide, so the arrest warrant is a big challenge.

00:19The police also don't want any innocent people to be involved, so they appealed to Quibuloy to give up.

00:27To limit Quibuloy's activities, the Court of Appeals has frozen his bank accounts and assets.

00:34The freeze order includes 10 personal bank accounts of Pastor, 7 assets, 5 vehicles, and 1 aircraft.

00:42Also, 47 bank accounts of KOJC, 16 real property, and 16 vehicles.

00:50It also includes accounts and properties owned by Suarazug Media Corporation,

00:55which runs Sunshine Media Network International or SMNI,

01:00as well as the accounts and properties of Children's Joy Foundation, which was established by Quibuloy.

01:06According to Quibuloy's lawyer and KOJC, they will not comment until the freeze order is approved.

01:14The SMNI's lawyer said that they respect the decision of the CA.

01:19However, they will abide by the motion of the CA to repeal the order or request a temporary restraining order from the Supreme Court.

01:26Quibuloy is facing child and sexual abuse and qualified human trafficking.

01:32Aside from that, he has several cases in the United States, including sex trafficking, fraud and coercion, and bulk cash smuggling.

01:39The pastor has previously denied the accusations.
