00:14Social media is full of videos of the drag racing that is taking place here in Marcos Highway

00:20during the night.

00:30This usually happens in Panolongan ng Santolan, at the LRT2 station.

00:35There are incidents where cars are racing here in the boundary of Marikina and Pasig.

00:40This is the statement of the barangay watchman that we talked to earlier, Mel Ramos,

00:44who happens to be a watchman here during night shift.

00:47The group of young people who are racing here said that

00:51the other day, a police officer was already on a ronda.

00:53In the early hours of the morning, the kids who are racing

00:57were left with two motorcycles and they are under police custody.

01:01They are using the motorcycles as a shield for the cars that are passing by

01:04so that they can race.

01:06The police also refused to face the camera in their ongoing investigation.
