00:00We could hear there was a cry.
00:08We knew that there was a puppy in there.
00:09I feel like I'm going to have to lift something off.
00:13We couldn't really see anything and then we looked over and we could just see this tiny
00:21little black puppy poking out from underneath the container.
00:31Just pulled her out as quickly as I could.
00:37We brought her out and put her into the car.
00:41We've got her a little cozy set up and she just wasn't really eating.
00:46We were starting to grow a bit concerned.
00:52We received a message about a female dog that was roaming.
01:00They were pretty sure that she'd had puppies.
01:04Some people thought that they could hear the puppies but nobody could see them.
01:09We got them in the car.
01:13Nigella was extremely happy to see her puppies again and they settled into the shelter.
01:20One of the team then had a really bright idea of trying to put Peaches in with them.
01:26It's not normal for a puppy of that age to be on their own.
01:29So we said, let's just give it a go.
01:32Nigella was like, okay, she can stay.
01:35You got new family.
01:37Peaches, there you are.
01:42Peaches hadn't quite fed from Nigella yet.
01:46We were thinking, has Nigella really accepted Peaches?
01:51We just caught a moment where she was watching all the other puppies feed from Nigella and
01:56then she was like, I want to get involved and just climbed around and started feeding
02:01from Nigella.
02:02And that was just the moment where we were like, this is it.
02:05She's fully accepted her.
02:07She's part of the family.
02:08She's one of them.
02:10She's literally just lotted in.
02:12Peaches always looks like she's smiling.
02:15Just taking her to her mum.
02:17And across the coming days, Peaches was getting more cuddly and more needy with Nigella.
02:23And it was just so heartwarming.
02:26It was literally the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
02:29Not many mums would do that.
02:31It's just been like a fairy tale.
02:40We have given Nigella her own bedroom just to have some quiet time away from the puppies.
02:48We set up scheduled sessions for her to spend time with them and they all run around after
02:53her like crazy little boys and girls.
02:57Peaches is always front of the queue.
02:59She's an absolute mummy's girl.
03:04She's doing really, really well.
03:06She's getting more confident by the day.
