Guy Rescues Hundreds Of Dogs From City Shelters
Bruno Jelovic's doing what most people only dream of — rescuing every single dog from city shelters and living with hundreds of them on his ranch ❤️ He told us about how he went from not loving dogs to planning his whole life around them.

00:13His screams are the word for every dog in this shelter.
00:20My name is Bruno Jelovic.
00:23I built the organization Save the Dogs Paiha.
00:28We rescue dogs from the city shelter in Bosnia.
00:36They built a city shelter for 300 dogs.
00:40But two years later, 1,200 dogs live at this place.
00:47So, so, so bad condition.
00:59I think Ambulo was the first one from the shelter.
01:09He was so happy to come out from the shelter.
01:13Our vet here cared for them, what they need.
01:37I started to rescue dogs six years ago.
01:41But before, I don't have nothing to do with dogs.
01:44I make a tattoo.
01:46I adopt a Frenchie named Mia.
01:49She was everything for me.
01:51So I start to love dogs.
01:53Five years later, I start Save the Dogs Paiha.
02:02We built this year a second ranch for 400 to 500 dogs.
02:08And we take care of the shelter dogs from the city shelter.

02:15When we go to rescue the dogs from the city shelter,
02:19we always look who is in the baddest condition.
02:24I think every month you can find one, two, three dogs
02:27from the illegal fight here in Bosnia.
02:38My dream was to build a ranch to give these dogs a home
02:43in their country forever.
02:47They have people who love them.
02:49They have Medicare.
02:50They have food, water.
02:52And they are free.
02:54They are all day outside.
02:57They have their pride back.
03:04I look at these dogs like my kids.
03:09When we give a dog to adoption,
03:12they must have a really good life.
03:17But they are so lovely, so happy dogs, so thankful.
03:22We built this year a second ranch
03:26to rescue 400 to 500 more dogs.
