00:06in the hands of four Chinese nationals who went to him.

00:10The suspects said that they were co-workers.

00:21The Chinese nationals were attacked by SWAT and Paranaque Police

00:25on the 11th floor of a condo in Paranaque City.

00:28A suspect, who was a member of a kidnapper ransom group, went to sleep.

00:37According to the NCRPO, the three of his co-workers were in front of the basement parking of the condo.

00:42The three guns that had silencers and other party drugs were confiscated from the suspects.

00:48Based on the investigation, one of the suspects pretended to be a client

00:52and contacted the victim, a Vietnamese businessman who had a money exchange business.

00:56The Vietnamese was completely shocked and forced to access the digital wallet.

01:01During the time she stayed there in the suspect residence,

01:05they have been abusing her,

01:09put a gun on her and also a knife on her body to force her to send the money.

01:15The suspects have already collected the money and assets of the Vietnamese victim

01:18which was being given to his relatives.

01:20According to the NCRPO, the suspects are members of a syndicate

01:24that serves as a macel for POGO companies to smuggle foreign goods.

01:29They have stolen jewellery,

01:32they have withdrawn and transferred about Php 2 million, Php 20 million.

01:38Their motive here is to attack,

01:42particularly they are preying on POGO officials or POGO employees

01:48or particularly foreign nationals, Vietnamese, Cambodian or even Chinese nationals.

01:54Another group of suspects has escaped and asked for help.

01:58According to the suspects, they have been living in the country for 3 years

02:01and working as POGO workers.

02:08They refused to give them the guns that were taken during the operation.

02:14There are already 4 cases of rape and kidnapping of the suspects in Southern Metro Manila.

02:19According to the NCRPO, one of the arrested suspects was wanted in China

02:24for rape, murder, kidnapping, human trafficking and extortion.

02:28The suspects and other members of their group are still being targeted.
