00:00Arrested is a Vietnamese national who is carrying out an unauthorized botox procedure in the Philippines.

00:08The operation was fast-tracked when patients complained because there was a complication.

00:26We're from the National Bureau of Investigation. This is an important operation.

00:32Arrested while the patient was being investigated is a 29-year-old Vietnamese national.

00:38The members of the NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division were assigned to the beds and improvised clinics in the condo unit.

00:44We found out that this subject of ours is carrying out a botox procedure for a fee of Php 5,000.

00:54We checked that this subject of ours does not have a license to practice medicine here in the Philippines.

01:07Botox is a neutral toxin that temporarily stops the movement of muscles.

01:12It is used in some cosmetic procedures to reduce wrinkles and other facial lines.
