Gold and Silver Medal Odds: Team USA Leads as -600 Favorites

00:16I know that you have been big on Germany.
00:18They are minus 150 here.
00:21France is the team that's jumped up the highest in terms of odds.
00:23I think to win the silver, they were four or five to one.
00:26Now they're plus 180.
00:28Should Serbia somehow shock Team USA?
00:32That 19 to 1 is going to be really, really juicy there at that point, but I don't think
00:36anybody's predicting that.
00:37So are you going to stick with Germany here to win the silver?
00:40I'll stick with Germany, but I'll look at that and if you somehow believe that they
00:43can win the gold, then maybe taking Team USA being the team that they lose to in that game
00:48might be some value there.
00:50I just think that Germany, these guys are really familiar with one another.
00:54They've played in a number of international tournaments.
00:56They won the Basketball World Cup last year and they beat Team USA on the path to do so.
01:02So it does feel like we've been on a crash course to see USA versus Germany in the gold
01:06medal game.
01:07Whether you see it going one way or the other, I do think there is a formula for Germany
01:11to win that game and I think that they have the best chance of anybody else available
01:15to beat Team USA, but they have to get there.
