El chef nos comparte tres de las bebidas más populares y dos platillos para compartir. Desde un clásico reinventado hasta creaciones únicas de la casa, cada bebida nos sorprendió por su sabor y presentación.

Además, los platillos son perfectos para acompañar y sumamente especiales para el chef pues son inspirados en recetas y recuerdos familiares. ️

00:00Hello, how are you? I'm Edgar Núñez and today we are at Lava Music Bar,
00:03which is a high-definition bar.
00:06We use analog music,
00:08where it is the collection of vinyls of mine, of my long-time partners,
00:13and I'm going to present you the five must-haves of the perfect menu.
00:16The first drink we're going to try is a classic, it's my favorite, it's called Rob Roy,
00:20and it's like a martini based on whiskey, vermouth and bitter angostura.
00:24The next one is Lava Drink, which is the one the guys invented here,
00:28which is based on grape infusion, rooibarbon liqueur and gin.
00:32And the last one we're going to try is another home-made drink called Toda la Vida,
00:36it has manzanilla, enebro, lemongrass and tequila.
00:40And as food options, we have a menu with several things to chop and to the center,
00:45but I'm going to put my two favorites.
00:47One, because my mom makes it a lot, which is Russian salad,
00:50which is a potato-based salad, anchovies that we make,
00:54egg, and it's one of my favorite things.
00:57And the other one is another thing that my dad liked, some olives of various colors,
01:01Mexican olives, because olives were planted here for the first time.
01:05Put vinegar, which we do, shallot, pepper and chives, it's like to chop.
01:10Remember that we are in Boulevard de la Luz, in 777, next to the South,
01:14so that you can come and listen to good music,
