00:00Additional documents were submitted to the NBI by Nino and Sandro Mulac.

00:06The complaint is against two independent contractors of the GMA Network.

00:11Nelson Canlas has the report.

00:17Nino Mulac and his son, Sparkle Artist, Sandro Mulac, again went to the office of the NBI in Quezon City today.

00:25They submitted a few more documents to strengthen their complaint against two individuals.

00:31Nino also gave his official statement to the NBI.

00:36But the father refused to be interviewed.

00:39The body of a hotel also arrived where the incident that the father was complaining about happened

00:46to submit the CCTV footage submitted by the NBI.

00:51The NBI and the father were not allowed to say what the case was and who the complainants were.

00:58But the lawyer of two independent contractors of the GMA Network confirmed

01:03that his clients, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, filed the complaint.

01:10They also received a subpoena from the NBI Public Corruption Division for a hearing on Friday afternoon.

01:18Nones and Cruz are now being investigated by Sandro's GMA Home Network

01:24after they were complained by Batang Aktor last week.

01:28When Sandro filed the written complaint with GMA,

01:33we already gave them notice of preventive suspension pending the investigation.

01:39We constituted an independent body to conduct the formal impartial investigation of the case.

01:47And of course, we have to abide by the rules of due process.
