00:41In Legazpi City, Albay, instead of preparing for Noche Buena,

00:45residents were busy cleaning up the spillway.

00:50The rain in Santo Domingo was also severe.

00:53The fire station of Ragay in Camarinesura was also flooded.

00:57The pig pen in Lupi was also flooded.

01:00In Catanduanes, landslides were reported.

01:04The part of Sampaloc-Lucman Road in Quezon was also damaged.

01:19On the left and right were landslides in the cities of Real and Infanta.

01:41They waited for almost 16 hours for the water level to rise.

01:46According to the forecast, the rainy season in the country could last until tomorrow.

01:51This is the effect of different weather systems,

01:54such as the shear line or the cold wind from the northeast,

01:59and the hot wind from the east.

02:01The northeast monsoon rains in Northern Luzon,

02:05and the ITCZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone affects the eastern part of Mindanao.

02:11However, it is possible that the axis of the shear line will rise,

02:14and we expect that it will affect the eastern section of Northern Luzon.

02:21So we expect that in Cagayan Valley, it is possible that it will rain the next days.

02:26And then in the southern part, the ITCZ, it is also possible that it will bring rain even tomorrow,

02:34and we will see if it will reach the succeeding days.
