00:00Komalek Unbank allowed the recommendation of the legal department to file a complaint against Suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Wu.

00:08This is due to the false accusation of Wu in her Certificate of Candidacy.

00:19This is a criminal case that has been in jail for 1 to 6 years.

00:24This can prove that the case can be filed in the Regional Trial Court.

00:29These are the punishments that Suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Wu can face

00:34if proven in court that she lied in her Certificate of Candidacy.

00:39According to the Commission on Elections or Komalek,

00:41Wu can face a case of misrepresentation under the Omnibus Election Code.

00:47A preliminary investigation will be conducted after Komalek Unbank allowed

00:52the recommendation of their legal department to file a complaint against the mayor.

00:57Komalek Unbank unanimously accepted the recommendation of our legal department

01:04to file a formal complaint against Mayor Alice Wu slash Guo Huaping.

01:09The legal department of Komalek conducted an investigation

01:12after the fingerprint analysis of the NBI showed that Alice Wu and the Chinese national,

01:18Guo Huaping, are one.

01:20Komalek also examined the records of Wu's registration as a voter

01:26and as a candidate for the presidency of Bamban.

01:29Komalek also found out that the fingerprint of Mayor Wu and Guo Huaping are the same.

01:36In addition to the phogohubs in Porac, Pampanga,

01:40an immigration lookout bulletin order or ILBO was issued against the former presidential spokesperson,

01:46Harry Roque, and 11 others.

01:49Along with ILBO were Cassandra Leong, the authorized body of Porac Phogo Hub

01:55and former Technology and Livelihood Resource Center Deputy Director General Dennis Cunanan.

02:01Our information also states that Cassandra Leong left the country.

02:07That was one of the reasons which prodded us to issue an ILBO.

02:12Roque called this a harassment.

02:15The only evidence against him is his involvement with Cassandra Ong

02:19and an unproven organizational chart with her name on it.

02:25Roque will face those who accuse him and will answer to all allegations.
