00:05Magamang Nino and Sandro Mulac,

00:07when they filed a complaint against the two independent contractors of GMA.

00:13Nelson Canlas was present.

00:19Nino Mulac and his son Sparkle Artist, Sandro Mulac,

00:24again went to the office of the NBI in Quezon City today.

00:27They submitted a few more documents to strengthen their complaint against the two individuals.

00:33Nino also gave his official statement to the NBI.

00:38But the father refused to be interviewed.

00:41The body of a hotel also arrived,

00:43where the incident that the father was complaining about happened

00:48to submit the CCTV footage submitted by the NBI.

00:53The NBI or Magamang Mulac has no statement

00:56on what the case was filed against and who the complainants were.

01:01But the lawyer of the two independent contractors of GMA Network confirmed

01:06that his clients, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, filed the complaint.

01:13They also received a subpoena from the NBI Public Corruption Division

01:18for a hearing on Friday afternoon.

01:21Nones and Cruz are also being investigated by Sandro's GMA Home Network

01:27after they were complained by a young actor last week.

01:31When Sandro filed the written complaint with GMA,

01:35we already gave them notice of preventive suspension pending the investigation.

01:41We constituted an independent body to conduct the formal impartial investigation of the case.

01:50But of course, we have to abide by the rules of due process.
