00:00The Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order of the Justice Department was initiated by the former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque and other personalities

00:09who were involved in the Pogo issue.

00:11It was called Roque's harassment and Salima Refranc was involved.

00:18Because he was involved in the Lucky South 99 Pogo and the owner of the land he rented in Porac, Pampanga, Worldwind Corporation,

00:26the former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque was initiated by the Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order of the Justice Department.

00:33This is what he said if there is a flight risk being investigated.

00:37We don't want them to leave suddenly in the middle of an investigation and we don't know about it.

00:43The former Technology and Livelihood Resource Center or TLRC official Dennis Cunanan,

00:49Lucky South 99 PAGCOR representative Cassandra Leong, and some other incorporators and officials of the illegal Pogo.

00:56Our information also states that Cassandra Leong has already left the country.

01:02That was one of the reasons which prodded us that Ilbo should leave the country.

01:07Because of Ilbo, the Justice Department needs to immediately advise them if they plan to leave the country.

01:13Aside from Cunanan, no other complaint has been filed in the order.

01:18Roque called Ilbo a harassment because he only brought evidence against him.

01:23He was quietly allowed to speak as a critic of the administration.

01:27He has no reason to go abroad and will face allegations against him.

01:32Ilbo has 12 allegations. If your name is there and you're part of those being investigated,

01:41I don't see any reason why there's a problem or how that could be political harassment.

01:47Meanwhile, no show in the Justice Department for suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Guo.

01:52The submission of the counter affidavit for her complaint of qualified human trafficking in Cagawaran is now on deadline.

01:58The complaint against her was submitted for resolution.

02:02If they will not submit the counter affidavit, they will waive their right now to answer the allegations in the charge.

02:08Three respondents, including Cunanan, were given 10 days to file their complaint against Leysay.
