00:15DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy gave the D.A.

00:19to continue the investigation on the release of deepfakes

00:23where the victims are officials of the government and some celebrities.

00:27The D.A. said that they are cooperating with social media companies

00:31so that the deepfake will be removed.

00:33They will also create a timeline for the release of deepfakes

00:37especially if it has something to do with national security.

00:41The D.A. also believes that there should be a more comprehensive law

00:46that will address those who spread false information.

00:49Meanwhile, the D.A. also has an advice for the public

00:53so that they won't be victimized by deepfake.

01:19send it now to the e-report system through the e-gov app.
