01:02According to the Group Angat Kooperativa and Corporation of the Philippine Alliance

01:06for Modernization or ACAPMO,

01:08the resolution issued by the Senate is not fair

01:11because they followed the government's wishes.

01:14They said that 83% of public vehicles in the country have consolidated.

01:20But according to the Senate,

01:21they just want to suspend some parts of the program

01:25like the supply, financial package, and route rationalization.

01:29Earlier in the Kilos Protesta here in Manila that just ended,

01:33LTFRB or the Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board Chairman

01:39Atty. Chauvala Guadis III came here

01:41to join the Kilos Protesta.

01:43According to Guadis,

01:44the President already talked to Secretary Bautista,

01:48the Transportation Secretary Bautista,

01:50and the President said that the program will continue.

02:02the modernization will continue.

02:04Our journey will continue towards modernization.

02:11No resolution can stop us.

02:23hopefully,

02:25this POV Modernization Program will be made into a law

02:31and a department order so that the policies of the government will not be changed.
