00:00Above and beyond anything else, this case is about our quest for justice and the defense of our name, honor, integrity, and reputation.

00:13For almost a year now, we have been subjected by Ms. Contreras to almost daily barrage of vicious, unjustifiable, and blatantly false online attacks

00:26through her YouTube channel called BoljakTV.

00:30Her actions have been characterized by malicious falsehoods and derogatory remarks aimed at tarnishing our character and integrity.

00:40She has called me various names that were meant to deride and demean my person and sully my integrity.

00:48Not content with calling me names, she has also made absolutely untrue and outlandish malicious accusations against me

00:58such as stealing money from the people, contract killing, and even assisting terrorists.

01:04For the longest time, we have tried to keep our peace, knowing fully well that all her accusations were nothing but sheer lies and fabrications

01:15that were the products of her vile imaginations and hateful heart.

01:21We are human beings and we can only take so much.

01:25These assaults on our honor and reputation must stop.

01:30We are peace-loving and law-abiding citizens.

01:34We have done nothing wrong against her for us to earn her senseless rage and contempt.

01:41We have names and reputations to protect, especially my wife who is a private citizen

01:47and has dedicated herself to raising our children while also engaging in some philanthropic endeavors.

01:54Therefore, our course of action was to file appropriate charges against her.

02:00We have complete faith that the court of law would hand to her the punishment that she deserves

02:06and the process vindicate us and help us restore our tarnished name and honor.
