00:16for the 2025 elections. The lawmaker alleged the Comelec chair supposedly has active offshore

00:23accounts in the Cayman Islands. Furthermore, Representative Marcoleta claimed a volunteer

00:29from New York was able to deposit $100 each to the said accounts. For his part,

00:35the Comelec chair welcomed the lawmaker's call for an investigation on the said issue

00:40as this will show that he does not indeed own any offshore accounts. Also, the poll body chief is

00:46willing to issue a waiver to allow the Anti-Money Laundering Council to investigate whether the

00:51alleged bank accounts belong to him.
